Very happy with the service- we have used them for the last few years and this year we are using them for Fixed Wire Testing. The service is quick and non disruptive

Their service was excellent the person that came out do the PAT testing. It's the actually office that let it down by booking an appointment themselves without asking myself first, someone turned up to do it then be continuously call me for a payment when I wasn't evan expecting them to come?

Excellent service by the engineer as always. The only issue is that at 9.30am the following morning I had someone on the phone chasing me for payment. I was going to pay by bacs or over the phone but they beat me to it. Just think it’s a bit extreme chasing for payment by phone instead of forwarding an invoice which is what most companies do.

The PAT tested was superb However the office DEMAND payment immediately Then the office calls the very next day for payment! NOT IMPRESSIVE

Very professional service from UKSM, especially from the Engineer who attended our site to complete the testing. A lot more appliances were tested than originally expected and this caused no disruptions for the Engineer

Guy that came was efficient and expedited the testing in good time with little inconvenience. Only 4 stars because everything was tested but the number of items was considerably less than last year although we have the same number of electrical items. This needs to investigated.

UK Safety Management are very pro-active and make sure they contact you to book in. We have found the last few times we have used them that at short notice they have to change their dates, which we understand can happen, but can be disruptive when you are making sure the equipment (which can be out on jobs) is in to be looked at. We have had the same electrician/engineer a few times now, which is nice because he is very friendly, professional and considerate, plus he knows our site a little better so we don't have to be too involved. I am not sure on pricing how they compare to others, but they haven't done anything wrong to make us look elsewhere. They are very quality conscious and ensure their staff have been good on site, which is a bonus.
