UK Safety Management have been given 21 branches and our Head Office to PAT Test during the month of May. To my knowledge these have still not all been completed as one of the representatives was held up at one job so had to re arrange an appointment for Monday 9th May. I have telephoned UKSafety offices twice asking the question when an item fails what is the procedure? Are the Management in the store told they shouldn't use the item, because if not they have been told. A least 3 of the branches have had a failure! One of the branches is not even sure which item failed from their report it is not terribly clear. I am still awaiting a reply. The administration side of UK Safety seems somewhat confused, I have had several Certificates giving a valid date until 2018 and several with a 2017 date? More than a few duplicated also, several different people emailing me! Needs to be tightened up. I am concerned as UK Safety are carrying out Fixed Wire Testing for 5 of the branches so I hope that this is more conclusive! Sue Abbott

the gentleman was very polite, efficient and professional. However i didn't need to have the phone call at the end of his visit to check if he had done his job properly and be sold other products by your company.

First of all we are very pleased that you were happy with the engineer who carried out the work for you. In regards to the call made at the end of the visit this is purely to make sure that everything as gone well with the testing and to resolve any issues on the day. The engineer was great, was very polite and cleaned up after himself. My only negative would be that he had to ring into his office and they did a short phone survey while the poor guy was stood there. As it was he got all positive feedback but I think its really undermining for him to have to stand there and listen to me answer the questions. Maybe this type of questioning could be done with a short phone call after the engineer has left.

Operative was excellent and the testing was carried out in a very professional manner. I think you could improve your offering with banded pricing so offer prices for number of appliances and then charge extra over the top e.g. 1-40 items = x price, 41-80 items = x price etc. This kind of price plan allows for better budgeting and is less of a shock to the client who has a figure in mind and has no idea they have 110+ items to be tested.

We requested a quote and was giving a really good deal. The test date (12th May) was booked in quickly and hassle free. We received a call (28/4) saying the testing could be done sooner than originally booked, as a engineer was in our area if we were happy with this. The Engineer arrived 30 minutes or so later and the testing was done by the end of the day. Very pleased.

The engineer was friendly and efficient. However, the company did cancel twice before they come (third time lucky). Third year we have used them and the cancellation wouldn't stop us using them again.

Very good service. Work is done promptly and with very little disruption to our work. The only thing I would point out is every year since we started having these checks done they contact us to make an appointment on the annual date but then always ask if they can come earlier than this date.

engineer turned up on time ( great ) completed the job ( great ) explained the invoice will be sent via email and we have 7 days to pay ( great ) The Leeds head office called our office to check we was happy with the service ( great ) I explained I was in a meeting at the time was unable to talk properly, but he still carried on how payment can be made ( poor ) the engineer had only just left 1 hour.When I returned back to my office we had 9 missed calls from Leeds logged on our phone ( BAD).

PAT testing was carried out quickly & efficiently. Engineer was friendly. Only complaint would be that he should have checked before unplugging telephones & computers

Operative was very quick He kept going off brief and wanting to test equipment provided by the Council, who maintain it. This despite being told otherwise
