The service we received was excellent - the engineer was polite and courteous and got the jobs done efficiently. The only slight issue was being phoned up and asked there and then if I wanted to pay by debit or credit card, even though we had already received an invoice!!

Good service & very professional, however it cost me £160 for half an hours work PAT testing.

engineer was great very professional in every way. As for the office they just pestered us for an earlier appointment, weeks before our anniversary date ,if this happens next year we will cancel the appointment.

Man who came and did the testing was excellent. We were not impressed with the bombardment of email afterwards.

A very good company to deal with, the electrician who carried out the PAT testing was very polite and helpful. I will use them again next year for the PAT testing.

the service was extremely good and the gentleman who came to do the pat testing was very efficient. He would have got excellent but he removed some wiring from the linked TV's and we lost a signal on one of the TV's which we did not know till the football match was turned on! Very pleased with the whole set up, good quote and a phone call 1/2 hour before he arrived made it easy to organise my day.

Prompt and courteous service. Unable to comment on "quality" of work, although original booking was for 2 days and work was completed in under 1!

The electrician who did the work was very quick and efficient. Had issues with the price. Had two very different quotes from two colleagues at UK Safety Management. They agreed to the lower cost without question. However no-one mentioned that there would also be an extra cost for microwaves and sockets, which I questioned once invoiced and again they were kind enough to knock these costs of the bill. I feel that these costs should be discussed with the customers at the beginning of the negotiations and not left for the customer to read in the small print. All in all they dealt with the situation well, but need to be more consistent in their pricing.

In regards to the quotations for the work, I am not sure how you received two different prices, however, this will be investigated internally.
