“I struggled to use the website, especially with the confirmation of documents section. Being a sunday didn't help as the offices were closed,understandably. I am not very computer literate, but I would be prepared to use your process again as the service was fine.”

“The reg looks nice and it was delivered quite fast. Only issue is that I’ve chosen this website over others cause on the preview it doesn’t show the maker of the reg at the bottom of it but when delivered it was added.”

“Number plates come without holes or plate holders. Paid for next day delivery but received two days later.”

“Very easy to navigate and competitive pricing but a little frustrating to be taken right through the payment page and THEN informed I need to upload docs etc. No qualms at all that it is a legal requirement but a little sneaky in my view to not mention it earlier in the process. Are you trying to capture customers that might otherwise go elsewhere ?? Apart from that a great product that arrived quickly. Just be more up front in the website ?”

“No plates looking good ordered after 2pm paid next day took 2 days by royal mail a bit disi with this”

“I ordered a rear number plate for a trailer which arrived in good time and is perfectly good. However the fixing kit ordered at extra cost was not included. I have messaged company twice with no response, disappointing... If it doesn't arrive seperately by 5th Jan I shall have to sort out another fixing kit. Hence the 3 stars”

“I didn’t see any requirements for proof of ownership or identity until AFTER I had paid! The photo graphing was not totally straightforward and therefore I did not get next day delivery. In general you responded well but I would have been more comfortable if the necessary proofs had been better laid out in your section before payment which would have saved the delay”

“Once plates where purchased, there was no communication other than a receipt and a description of what would happen next. This would usually be sufficient but my certificate did not turn up. I rang up and they assured me had been posted. It never arrived. After another week I phoned up again and they had to cancel and send another. The process with my intervention took 3-4 weeks.”

“I purchased the sticky pads alongside the number plate to fix the plates to the car. Plates ok but the pads do not stick so had to buy other products. Would not recommend the pads.”

“Very good service however the website glitched out on me when paying and reset a few things and sent me a front number plate instead of the rear which I originally clicked so be aware of this when ordering.”

“I ordered a bike plate but received a car plate. I phoned but the guy I spoke to said I had ticked the wrong box. Not sure I did but once it’s gone.”
