“Not happy at all i tried to order my plants send didn't go through.than i retried.got to set what do i need two set for so be very careful as thay have had two lots money wish i gone to halford”

“I paid 19 for next day delivery. Royal Mail didn't knock on my door on the first day... second day again they didn't knock!. I had to arrange collection from the local post office to collect it. So delivery should have been on Friday but I didn't get it until the following tues...”

“Disappointed not to get delivery after paying next day to find out they are closed weekends. Ordered Friday and received Tue. For £11 delivery didn't feel this was good customer service i could have just got same say at a store.”

“Plates arrived fairly quickly and look fine BUT they have their company name printed on them in two places. I ordered online as I do not want anything other than the reg on the plates. No garage or supplier name. So be aware when ordering, they’re not as they appear in their previews Quite disappointing and wil be reordering from elsewhere.”

Hi Mark In most cases when a number plate cracks or splits it's due to too much force being applied when drilling. Please send us an email and we will replace this set free of charge for you. Regards Ryan

“Start with the people that run it, they were quick to respond to the plate finish having lines through the plate. They did send a replacement plate out the following day but this plate had scratches on it and one corner chipped. Plates that I have brought in the past have had a film coating on. The scratches must be down to a production problem.”

We never received any further correspondence so figured the matter was dealt with; the replacement plate may have been damaged in the post. “On arrival ( in May) the plates looked great so fitted to the car. That was 5 months ago but already the black lettering on the rear plate is fading to grey and I'm having to replace it.”

“Very disappointed ordered mine took 3 days was sent the wrong one's waited a while on a answer to my emails they apologised and sent the right ones but I was out of pocket (taxies and public transport) all in all 5,6 days without my car not very pleased 😠”

“They take your money before they tell you about the proof of ownership and ID documents required. It is quicker to go to your local Halfords with the documents the next day. Apart from that slight decievance they are great value.”

“Plates are good quality however I didn’t realise they where going to come with advertising on the bottom it’s quite large type so I won’t be using these plates also the fact that they take your money before they ask for 2 forms of ID which could be used in identity theft.will not be using again as other companies make it clear before payment”

“I’m not happy. Back plate cracked when trying to pilot a hole for the screw. Also you only gave me 6 screws when each plate requires 4 each. 4 + 4 = 8.”
