“I found the communication regarding the uploading of documents required qquite difficult, and although I paid for quick delivery, the plates took some time to arrive. Nit the best for me.”

“I was disappointed with my new plate as the web making process shows a plate with no logo on the bottom of the plate and the order form confirms no logo. This was the reason I placed my order with UK Reg so I was disappointed when the plate arrived with legend or free advertising on the bottom. Your plate making page should show the legend as other sites do and you should make it clear that it comes with something on the bottom. The option to exclude it would be to your advantage. The plate is mounted in a frame so only half of the legend is in view which now looks dreadful. Apart from that it arrived quickly and looks fine.”

“Whilst I received the plate quickly and it was well made - it would have been REALLY helpful if I had been told of the various bits of documentation that you needed in advance of placing the order. It shouldn't be the case that you place the order in good conscience and then the supplier will not despatch without holding you to ransom - wasn't impressed.”

“Initially I was VERY disappointed. I had given all the information required and then paid for my plate only to find out once the money was taken that more information was needed, including a copy of the vehicle reg document which was not to hand. The money should have been taken last. It looked and felt like I had been diddled. I did then manage to get the V5 info and some weeks later I got the plate, but the ordering system is still far from perfect. Especially as once on one website the name keeps changing.”
