“If the ordering procedure was changed I would recommend, why would a reputable organisation ask payment before all the criteria are met. You ask for payment then you ask for proof of ownership of the registration and ID”

“It wasn’t made clear before purchase that you have to submit your registration document to receive number plate. Once purchased, the registration documentation wasn’t chased & UK reg plates just sat on my payment without attempting to make contact or refund. Once registration document was uploaded, the plate was delivered with 24 hours and I was very happy with it.”

“Fairly good service, liked the fact that they only provide road legal plates however, what they don’t tell you is that after paying for your plates (including next day delivery) they will not process your order until you provide proof of identity and ownership of number plate. This wasn’t a problem but was not expected and took time to provide. Also, they do not mention that road legal plates come with additional information printed at the bottom and side of the plates (this is apparently needed for road legal plates but was unexpected). The plates were delivered next day, looked good but there was a small bubble in my yellow plate that I was also disappointed with.”

“Easy to order. Easy to upload documents. Delivered fairly quickly. Quality is ok. Nothing special. Marked down as they put their name and address on the bottom of the plate. I didn’t ask for that and it wasn’t obvious in the T&C. Maybe ask if the customer wants it first?”

“The plate itself is fine, the only issue is that they dont mention the fact that their company name will appear on the bottom of the plate in small font, so you dont get a clean, advert-free plate. This is especially annoying as the preview of the plate prior to ordering does not show that this will be added to the plate.”

“Very efficient service. But not clear when ordering exactly what evidence of plate ownership is required. I paid extra for speedy delivery, but they would not release the plate until the actual v750 had been received from DVLA. the payment receipt and email confirmation from DVLA were not acceptable. If that's the legal requirement, that's fine.....but explain that clearly during the ordering process. Everything else about the service was very good.”

“The plates themselves and speed of delivery were good. However the online order process was disappointing. It failed to make clear (until after I confirmed + paid) that further documents would need to be submitted. Furthermore it fails to say what format it can accept the document scans until after you upload them, which meant I had to convert the files and re-upload. Not an insurmountable problem but tedious to be sure.......”

“Was fine really plates are what they are, clear acrylic with numbers and letters, nothing different from any others. The only thing is, the say in the plate style selection, 3D. Which is not what you get, you get (as I did) 3D EFFECT not really 3D, however they are ok, but nothing special, just add that word to the selection would stop any further confusion”
