“The numbers and specified border were square to each other, but the whole number plate was mounted squint on the actual plate. Couldn't be bothered sending it back so had to square up each side to the border with a wood plane. Poor quality control!”

“The process to set up the car insurance was easy to follow. I have not had to make a claim though, so will hold off a full 5 stars. Good start though, very competitive price.”

“I was quite impressed with the level of security that you have to enter into to get your numberplate. However, on closer inspection, the rear motorcycle plate that I received had a fault. The fluorescent yellow backing, was sitting proud underneath the perspex by about 1mm. This fairly sharp edge was quite apparent. In hindsight I should have sent it back, but really didn't have the time to go through the process of wrapping and posting it back and then waiting for a replacement. My advice to UKREGPLATES is get on the ball with quality control. This plate slipped the net, so three stars in this instance.”

“Finally received the plates. I know there was a postal strike. When I phoned up they said they needed information! I had already given that information and had to do it a second time. No issues there. But hey I've paid for the product if you think the info isn't all there at least let me know, rather than me thinking they are on the way when clearly on phoning they were not.”

“Big issues with the courier service! Paid for next day delivery and still hadn’t received a week later. Sent an Email to ask them to look into and they dispatched a new set of plates. The next day I received both sets of plates with different dates in the envelopes containing the plates so I know UK Registrations weren’t telling fibs! The issue seems to be with DPD.”

“i ordered a uk front plate which should be white instead i was sent a rear plate which is yellow. there was no refund even though it clearly states " front plate" on system and receipt on arrival. i thought this would be easier than going to halfords but now i am out of pocket , cant use my car and they dont offer refunds for mistakes . plates are pretty good quality or would have given them less of a rating . just a pity its useless . also you need to drill a hole for screws on the plates! again not stated . would expect a uk company to know the law on license plate colours when offering front or rear .”

“I was sent the wrong one I asked for a front number plate which was meant to be white, I was sent a yellow one. I need to return. I have to go find a white one under urgency. That was the only car in the family.”

“Service and web site was fine but it was not made clear you would take the money and then ask for supporting documentation. This was not made sufficiently clear at the offset. I actually thought the law had possibly changed when the order was price and then I was asked for the supporting docs. All a bit naughty really. As it was a new car I had to wait for the reg doc. I would probably use a local service next time.”

“Easy to use and quick delivery but... the plate had scrarches on the lettering which must of been on the yellow printed part and showed through, the back of the plate had no scratches and the front plastic had no scratches which meant it must be on the yellow plastic film itself which should of been checked after printing so quite dissapointed. Cant be seen from a distance but close up it is quite obvious so as im a little ocd about stuff like this i will be ordering another plate from somehwere else as i know its there. Photos show 2 of the scrarches and as i say they are not on the surface or the backing of the plate it is inside the plate itself”
