“I was sent the wrong one I asked for a front number plate which was meant to be white, I was sent a yellow one. I need to return. I have to go find a white one under urgency. That was the only car in the family.”

“Service and web site was fine but it was not made clear you would take the money and then ask for supporting documentation. This was not made sufficiently clear at the offset. I actually thought the law had possibly changed when the order was price and then I was asked for the supporting docs. All a bit naughty really. As it was a new car I had to wait for the reg doc. I would probably use a local service next time.”

“Easy to use and quick delivery but... the plate had scrarches on the lettering which must of been on the yellow printed part and showed through, the back of the plate had no scratches and the front plastic had no scratches which meant it must be on the yellow plastic film itself which should of been checked after printing so quite dissapointed. Cant be seen from a distance but close up it is quite obvious so as im a little ocd about stuff like this i will be ordering another plate from somehwere else as i know its there. Photos show 2 of the scrarches and as i say they are not on the surface or the backing of the plate it is inside the plate itself”

“Information on what documents you need and in what format needs to be shown before you start the order. I uploaded HEIC documents when JPEGS were what was required. I uploaded the correct format but the website then froze so I made a new order. I have ended up with two numberplates and was charged twice. The numberplates arrived quickly and are as required.”

“The plates are excellent. However, the ordering process needs revising – you are not told that you need to provide supporting documents until after you've paid. Submitting these may well be a legal requirement; however, customers must be aware of ALL conditions of sales prior to money being taken.”

“Plate arrived promptly and safely. I reviewed other plates and bought this plate as the preview had no company name or other footer. Thus a bit surprised to see the Company name and references in small lettering. Not enough to upset me but should be as per the preview.”

“Unfortunately I hadn’t realised that it was the Easter weekend so paying for next day delivery was a waste . When the number plates came, they were lightweight compared to the ones we’d had done a few years ago at Halfords. Also I paid for a fixing kit but there wasn’t enough sticky pads so we had to go out and buy more”

“A good quality number plate at a competitive price, the only reason that I gave a 3* review is because I had paid £7ish for the 'next day delivery' option as my plate was smashed and I needed the number plate ASAP. I had ordered the plate on the Friday and it didnt arrive until the Wednesday night the following week. Having said that it was a Bank Holiday but I couldn't use the car for a week which was dissapointing for the extra £7.”
