Very easy to navigate and competitive pricing but a little frustrating to be taken right through the payment page and THEN informed I need to upload docs etc. No qualms at all that it is a legal requirement but a little sneaky in my view to not mention it earlier in the process. Are you trying to capture customers that might otherwise go elsewhere ??
Apart from that a great product that arrived quickly. Just be more up front in the website ?
