“Once I placed the order, I was really satisfied with it. The website, needs to be hugely improved so that people can upload proof of ownership and ID. I spend a long time trying to do this before emailing my documents - I had to upload them to my cloud and share a link as the file size was too big. A lot of wasted time and energy to go through this process.”

“On site information is very confusing, I did my order on Friday evening and payed for next day delivery. Number plate came Tuesday. As well as on site was information that number plate originaly coming with sticky pads if I don't order special screws set. I didn't order screws but sticky pads didn't arrive either.”

“Excellent Product! But, registration data required making this supplier slower and much more expensive than equal quality items previously available on Amazon etc simply by entering the required Reg No. I guess honnest people are now paying the premium for too many false plates:-)”

“Even though I have no complaints about the quality or finish of the number plates I purchased there is always a slight sting in the tail when companies offer “faster” delivery services for extra cost when it doesn’t really make anything quicker at all . Great plates but trying to press out extra from a sale promising 48 hour express delivery when it cannot actually be achieved, nor is it cheap, is a bit of a backhander. My advice is just pay for the plates and wait !”

“I ordered plates for my wife’s Audi, we wanted limited advertising on the plates and in the photo the plates showed no advertising at all just what we wanted, unfortunately that’s not the way they arrived, the plates had the legislation required by law on plus the additional company advertising- this was not what we wanted. However the plates arrived on time and are good quality.”

“Easy to use website, order was quickly processed. The plate itself was pretty basic but the reason for dropping the stars was the really odd '5' on the plate. Compared to any other reg plates on the road it's stangely proportioned. I'd have thought they'd all be the same as they all have to use the same font to comply with regulations.”

“Purchasing the plate went OK but I waited 4 weeks for the V750 to arrive so I could order plates but it never arrived. After chasing, it was emailed to me and I was able to use that.”

“Great service. Simple to follow and delivery was fast. Only thing I would say is that no where does it say that’s be advertising the company at the bottom of the plates. I wanted a completely blank plate. Shame as the service was excellent. Next time show the plate with the finished image SHOWING UKReg Plates at the bottom!”

“On the positive side, ordering and submitting the required support documents was easy. The delivery was fast, and the package was well done. On the negative side, this is my second number plate for my second car in three years, and both plates feature a similar, somewhat pixelated UK flag. The background colour behind the flag is poor quality and looks quite pale. The plates are fine otherwise if you order the plates without the flag or without the EV / blue strip.”

“I ordered one number plate at 5pm on a Friday. It arrived around the middle of the day on Tuesday, so not quite next day, but .... perhaps the website should say "the next business day" ? Even then, it would not have fulfilled the expectations its self-promotion promised. SO, not a 24/7 business after all.”

“The numberplate was good however, it doesn't quite align with the preview that was provided given that the plate that was received. Also displays a very small text at the bottom of the manufacturer and the standard that the plate produce to.”
