“My partner & I have been members of UK health care for over 18years. I tend to now submit claims on line although you do have to scan in receipts etc. Its a sgame you cant claim any prescription costs if your oaying for prescription pre payment. On balance as my partner has glasses I feel personally its worth it. In terms of customer service Carl has always been great def an asset to the company”

“I was not happy at the way my treatment was handled explaining that I will not be receiving a refund for £70 worth of X-rays and routine check because my dentist is NHS and Private but I only have cover for NHS”
