“Carl Stickland was very helpful during my issues with using the claims portal as this would not recognise my details. I gave up and tried again the following day to find it would not upload my PDF receipt. At this time, I was very frustrated, however Carl came to the rescue and sorted it all out for me. Thank you Carl”

“Andrew Bevins is always so helpful and responds so quickly! Thankyou. I feel I wouldn’t have to badger him so much if I was able to manage my benefits online, not being able to access simple info means I have to email him a lot but that said he’s very efficient 😊”
