“I submitted claim twice as the first one was not received and then email given after chase up call kept saying not delivered so apart from delay eventually all details received and claim processed finally”

“I contacted my dental insurer once it became apparent that the claim I had submitted on 15th June 2022 had still not been credited to my account. This matter was dealt with promptly by a very helpful lady called Nicola Williamson, who asked me to send my receipts for the June claim directly to her. This claim was then processed within a day. I am currently waiting for the amount to be credited to my account but am confident that if there are any further issues I can contact the insurer again and these will be resolved quickly.”

“Joined this through Unison after having a broken tooth last year and having a shock at the charge to make it right! I was apprehensive when I came to submit my first claim for check up and small filling. I phoned a couple of times for help and after just needing 1 more form from dentist my claim is being processed. Very helpful & patient staff especially Carl. Many thanks”
