“I really like the personal customer service offered by UK Healthcare and the fact that you receive emails from and send them to named individuals, who communicate in a non-robotic way. The claim forms are easy to fill out. It would be quite handy to have a customer portal where you can see all previous claims but that's my only real improvement suggestion.”

“UK Healthcare are excellent. Unfortunately I have had to leave them due to the limitations of their offer, but I felt awful in doing so. The staff are helpful and the process easy. I would love to return to them if their service offering was a bit wider.”
