About U Drive Cover:

U Drive Cover Limited is an independent insurance intermediary wholly owned by a senior management team with over 50 years experience in the non-standard insurance market covering motor, commercial vehicle, fleet, household and motorcycle.

We welcome enquiries from customers with an accident or motoring conviction history as well as modified vehicles. We can offer up to 65% discount for ex company car drivers with an accident-free history or for households where there is more than one car. We also offer cover for any car from a Mini to a Ferrari and for all ages from 17 to 99.

U Drive Cover Limited was formed to offer customers a personal approach. We treat each customer as an individual and offer an excellent service. Coupled with our excellent relationships with major Insurers, this enables us to offer competitive premiums as well as the personal touch. For the convenience of customers we do offer online quotations and the opportunity to purchase online but we also feel that we can make a difference by listening to the customer’s individual needs.

The U Drive Cover Limited offices are based In the UK and are manned by staff that have many years’ experience in providing these products. We do encourage existing and new customers to call us as there are many rating factors that can influence car insurance premiums and we welcome the opportunity to listen to your needs. Our aim is to prove that excellent service does not mean that you have to pay higher premiums.

“I absolutely love this company! Every time I call the team they are so helpful and friendly. Suffering from mental health, the team are so understanding and go out their way to help! I can’t think of one negative comment! All positive! Will definitely be staying and renewing my policy with them!! Seriously the best insurance company I have EVER dealt with !! It won’t let me add 5 stars to customer service but I would give 10 stars!!”

“Avoid at all cost, canceled after 6 months, told me I need to pay 900. Later on passed my details to CRS and claims that from the start they asked me to pay only 470.”

“great telephone service however harsh on prices as they charge even on changing the address almost GBP 100. I assume they charge even for a small change (as address, name, etc). Apart of that no issues faced with Udrive.”

“Very bad company to insure with.they give a price and then change it again and ask you to pay more and then they threaten you about payment. Never do business with these guys. I regret ever taking out my policy with them. Very frustrating. Can’t wait for next year. Never renewing with them.”

“I’ve been speaking to Carly, Maria, and jazz for the last. 2 weeks and would like to say how these girls have kept me up to date with my policy, as I have had a few problems getting my no claims bonus off of my previous insurers These 3 girls was very polite, helpful no matter what I asked them they couldn’t assist me enough. Jazz went through everything with me today about cancellations deposits refunds explained everything so clearly to me and I understood everything she was saying, couldn’t make it any clearer to me. Would like to thank these girls for everything they’re done and for sorting my policy out many thanks Miss Theresa hope ✅”

“Helped my mother buy insurance from them a few days ago. We selected 3 years when asked how long she has held her licence for. Next day we get a call from them telling us that they won’t be insuring us because she has actually held the licence for 2 years 11 months and 11 days. So because she is a whole 20 days short of 3 years they are now threatening to cancel the policy and charge us £75. Absolute scam artists, just looking for an excuse to take our money and run. Would not recommend!”

“I had a phone call with China, who was excellent, she dealt with the query at hand proficiently and was very helpful! I was looking at change of address or cancellation as I no longer need my car and she went through all the options and even spoke to the mangager to get the best deals! Absolutely recommend her and thanks again!”
