About U Drive Cover:

U Drive Cover Limited is an independent insurance intermediary wholly owned by a senior management team with over 50 years experience in the non-standard insurance market covering motor, commercial vehicle, fleet, household and motorcycle.

We welcome enquiries from customers with an accident or motoring conviction history as well as modified vehicles. We can offer up to 65% discount for ex company car drivers with an accident-free history or for households where there is more than one car. We also offer cover for any car from a Mini to a Ferrari and for all ages from 17 to 99.

U Drive Cover Limited was formed to offer customers a personal approach. We treat each customer as an individual and offer an excellent service. Coupled with our excellent relationships with major Insurers, this enables us to offer competitive premiums as well as the personal touch. For the convenience of customers we do offer online quotations and the opportunity to purchase online but we also feel that we can make a difference by listening to the customer’s individual needs.

The U Drive Cover Limited offices are based In the UK and are manned by staff that have many years’ experience in providing these products. We do encourage existing and new customers to call us as there are many rating factors that can influence car insurance premiums and we welcome the opportunity to listen to your needs. Our aim is to prove that excellent service does not mean that you have to pay higher premiums.

“Every company has some good people who lead the company reputation. I was not happy with the deal but Rachel Lockyer supported me a lot and done her best to keep me on the board. She is very intelligent and very good skilled in looking after the customers. She is the star in the company. I know a few things are beyond her capacity but still the way she spoke with me and understand my situation was brilliant. Once again if I am with the company so all credit goes to Rachel. My very best wishes are with her and for her carrier.”

“Bunch of criminals, They gave me a price next day I got to say the my premium was gone up a extra £300 however However I ask to cancel the policy as I sold the car they told me I had to pay £350 Whatever you do never insured with these guys Never speak to a guy called Alex.”

“If I could have given 0 stars I would. They give a price I paid they change the price when you call. Then promise to do a price match and do not then charge you a fine for cancelling. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY.”

“So I spoke with Kylie Clapham at U Drive Cover today to arrange my renewal. I had been quoted a cheaper renewal price than I Drive were offering and when.i told this to Kylie she matched the price for me and arranged everything nice and quickly. She provided a good, efficient and professional service which left me feeling happy I decided to stay with U Drive. 👍👍”

“Whilst trying to insure my vehicle with U Drive, I was put in contact with Haris who is a sales assistant. Haris was knowledgable, approachable and overall caring. U Drive were unable to insure my car directly but Haris managed to get in contact with a second company to arrange appropriate cover. I am very satisfied with the service provided by U Drive and Haris.”

“Bunch of criminals. I've sold my car as I don't need anymore. got a company car, called them to cancel my insurance the told me that I have to pay £345 to cancel my policy. I told the I don't need the insurance as I don't have A car, Why I should pay for a insurance. I REPORTED THEM to the Police and BBC TV. They are a proper scams.....”

“Absolutely fantastic Customer from agent Grant who went above and beyond to deal with a not soo average query truly this Agent is and asset to the business and will advise to promote to a higher level in the firm as he has clear skills to manage and resolve effectively and a difficult query in a very timely manner. A lot can be learnt by fellow agents who have not been able to deal with previous contacts or issues when presented to them as well.”

“please very careful with this company canceling my insurance with out letter and e mail and they charge more than 400 pound for two month insurance please very careful before getting insurance”
