I was given an appointment at Cando Autocentre in Aylsham Norfolk for 10.30 last Saturday 17th February. I was very annoyed to find that no-one was there to fit my new tyre - it would have been useful if you had known that they don’t open on Saturdays and haven’t done for years.
I arranged my tyre fitting direct yesterday and luckily the tyre had arrived and it was efficiently fitted.
5 stars to the fitting company and two stars for your bad service.
