“My experience was HORRIBLE from top to bottom. The formula one I saying there is no reservation. I tried to reach Tyresavings.com, obviously no one is picking up the phone. Left several voicemails but again not a single response. So definitely stay away from them”

“Took my Order. Fitting Cancelled as Tyres were out of Stock. Arranged New Delivery & Fitting Day. Arrived at Tyre Fitters, Fitting Cancelled as only 3 of the 4 Tyres had been Delived? Arranged New Delivery & Fitting Day. Fingers Crossed when we go!”

“Booking process with TyreSavings was no issue. Tyre fitting by Vale Garage in Faringdon, Oxfordshire was totally incompetent and led to numerous chips and scratches within the paint, including several around the wheel bolt recesses. I raised a complaint with both Vale Garage and TyreSavings, neither have provided a solution. Would I use again? No.”

“A.B.R.tyre factory of Horwich let me down by not providing a receipt for the £470 I spent with them having four tyres fitted to my car. I was told that an email receipt would be provided and after i supplied an address I am still waiting. The cost I cannot redeem until this receipt is received. No email address or telephone number has been supplied for contact. Very dissatisfied with service. Tyre savings was a good experience until then. No communication details given for A.B.R tyre factory.”

“Absolutely useless. Booked tyres for fitting locally, turned up at the garage to be told they no longer worked with Tyresavings. Not only that but they had advised the company! It would have been nice if the company had told me and saved me a 25 mile round trip and wasted morning.”

“Booked a fitting. Was told on the day that the garage is busy and cant accommodate. Appointment was cancelled and I had to source the tyres from another garage. Waste of time.”

“I have used this company previously and had know problems. Good price fitted ok . This time bought same brand of tyers . After only 50 miles one off the two tyers burst. I brought it back to just tyers who had 3rd party fitted it . I filled in a form . For the tyers to be sent off to be checked and I never heard from them since”

“I arrived at my designated fitting centre at the scheduled time, only to find out the tyres hadn’t arrived. I tried calling customer service but kept getting cut off. Eventually, I got through to another department, who transferred me to the correct one. I was told the tyres would arrive in five minutes. Twenty minutes later, after another call, they finally showed up. The tyres were eventually fitted, but the whole process took two hours. To top it off, when I drove off, the tyre pressure wasn’t correct, so I had to stop at a petrol station to adjust it myself. Overall, it was a frustrating experience and one I wouldn’t go through again.”

“First time user - tyresavings.com took the booking, good price and committed to installation date which is why I went with them. They then emailed me to say they couldn't honour the agreed fitting date, got my order under false pretences???? Didn't waste any more of my time, took my business elsewhere. You only get one chance to make a first impression....”

“Tyres didn't arrive at the garage to fit on date required and garage couldn't get hold of the supplier to find out what happened. First time this has happened hopefully won't happen again if I use this service in future.”

“I purchase a new tyre but the manager said that you can change tyre from somewhere else. I don't know why he do that and i pay extra 30 pound to farmer's to change my tyre. Very poor service”

“Very poor service. I placed an order for two tyres , I went on the day of the fitting and the garage told me that they cancelled the order because they are too busy.this garages they don’t make too much money of finding tyres, so when they have better paid job they don’t do tyres. No one call me to let me . I tried to call tyre saving and you get no where. They wasted my time. I don’t recommend them!!!”

“Poor. Couldn’t see how to change the time of booking on website as I knew I would be late. I arrived at F1 In Redditch at 2:30 instead of 12:30. I apologised for being late and that I didn’t know how to change the time. I was told by the manager that I’d missed my slot and would have to rebook. I asked why they couldn’t do it now. The manager said ‘we are snowed under’!! There were 2 cars in their garage, with two empty bays and no one working. I spotted 4 employees. I had to laugh and then said I was happy to wait. The manager told me he was snowed under again. He said he and another customer today who needs 4 tyres. I asked what time they shut. 6pm was the answer. I enquired again. You can’t fit me in at all today, in the next 4 hours because you have to change 4 tyres on another car. The manager repeated ‘as I say, we’re snowed under! I told him I’d driven 20 miles to come here. ‘As I said, we’re snowed under’. I returned to my car and sat there for 20 mins whilst ringing around other tyre places. No one drove in or out and I saw the employees of F1 in Redditch just sitting about. I don’t understand why they couldn’t have fitted my tyres that will have been there. Rubbish. 0/10.”

“Completely unprofessional. I booked an appointment a week in advance to change two tyres at 10:30am. When I arrived, the garage told me I would need to wait for two hours. I chose to come back at 2:00pm, and it was agreed that I wouldn’t have to wait again. However, when I returned at 2:00pm, they asked me to come back on Monday or Saturday next week because they were too busy. They completely messed up my day, and I ended up getting my tyres changed elsewhere. Tyresavings should remove Formula One Autocentres - Dartford from their list of approved garages. They don’t seem to value their customers at all. The guy at the till looked like he hated his job.”
