I purchase a new tyre but the manager said that you can change tyre from somewhere else. I don't know why he do that and i pay extra 30 pound to farmer's to change my tyre. Very poor service

Very poor service. I placed an order for two tyres , I went on the day of the fitting and the garage told me that they cancelled the order because they are too busy.this garages they don’t make too much money of finding tyres, so when they have better paid job they don’t do tyres. No one call me to let me . I tried to call tyre saving and you get no where. They wasted my time. I don’t recommend them!!!

Poor. Couldn’t see how to change the time of booking on website as I knew I would be late. I arrived at F1 In Redditch at 2:30 instead of 12:30. I apologised for being late and that I didn’t know how to change the time. I was told by the manager that I’d missed my slot and would have to rebook. I asked why they couldn’t do it now. The manager said ‘we are snowed under’!! There were 2 cars in their garage, with two empty bays and no one working. I spotted 4 employees. I had to laugh and then said I was happy to wait. The manager told me he was snowed under again. He said he and another customer today who needs 4 tyres. I asked what time they shut. 6pm was the answer. I enquired again. You can’t fit me in at all today, in the next 4 hours because you have to change 4 tyres on another car. The manager repeated ‘as I say, we’re snowed under! I told him I’d driven 20 miles to come here. ‘As I said, we’re snowed under’. I returned to my car and sat there for 20 mins whilst ringing around other tyre places. No one drove in or out and I saw the employees of F1 in Redditch just sitting about. I don’t understand why they couldn’t have fitted my tyres that will have been there. Rubbish. 0/10.

Garage didn't know about booking and delivery not take bookings so would be 1 hour wait please tyre did not arrive by appointment time. Waste of my time

Completely unprofessional. I booked an appointment a week in advance to change two tyres at 10:30am. When I arrived, the garage told me I would need to wait for two hours. I chose to come back at 2:00pm, and it was agreed that I wouldn’t have to wait again. However, when I returned at 2:00pm, they asked me to come back on Monday or Saturday next week because they were too busy. They completely messed up my day, and I ended up getting my tyres changed elsewhere. Tyresavings should remove Formula One Autocentres - Dartford from their list of approved garages. They don’t seem to value their customers at all. The guy at the till looked like he hated his job.

Arrived 10 mins before time to be told they there were 6 people before me and that would be at least 2 hour wait and job would take about 1-5hrs said couldn’t leave and returned or would go to back of queue on return said they don’t do appointment timeswas no good as didn’t have time to stand around for3.5hrs

I went to the garage to get my tyres done. They have not turned up at the garage. This a week now, and I had a previous appointment booked last week but was advised they had not been delivered to the garage.

Ordered my tyres a week before. On the day of fitting, I get a call from the fitting garage to say the tyres haven't arrived. They make some calls and found out the tyres were sent to the wrong address and returned. Now I have to wait another week. Happy with the communication from the garage but tyre savings!!! You were poor!!

Tyres did not turn up. Rang Tyresavers and found the order had been cancelled as they did not have them in stock. No one called me to advise. Wasted journey. Not impressed.

Arrived to have tyres fitted at formula 1 & was told it wasn't booked in. Had taken time out if work for this & had to come back 3 days later to be fitted !!!!

I used same garage to get new tyres fitted by tyresavings.com. It seemed ok. However, this time, they booked the job without checking whether they had the tyres... I went on website and ordered again and went to fit them earlier than booked as they offered me to do so. When I dropped off my car for the rear tyres' change, i asked Bart to check my car tyres whether they actually require the replacement tyres ordered. Bart told me from the way the tyres are worn, the tracking is very much recommended. I was hesitant on this and went on inquiring further as the tyres do not look very worn in my eyes. And he said the legal requirement is 1.6mm and mine is 2mm but they recommend driving with 3mm tyres... etc. He asked me whether I would like tracking to be done or not. The tracking is normally 95 and he offered me to do it for 60. I then checked with him if this price is for all 4 tyres. And he said yes. I also asked him if this could be done for 50 since he was offering me a discount anyway. He said OK. Jobs going ahead! I asked him to call me as soon as it is done as i wanted to get some shopping done. But they were too busy to call me apparently... Later on, when i returned, the car was ready. I asked how I could tell whether the tracking had been done or not. One of the staff said he had done it himself so he reassured me that was definitely done. This seemed convincing. I was asked to pay before looking at documentation, so i did. Afterwards, it was not clear whether tracking was done on all 4 tyres. It states two front adjustments... i pointed this out to him. He insisted it was done on all 4 tyres. I asked him to write it down on the invoice to clarify it for me. He said both because it is against company policy he could not write anything down, but also because I had it done reduced price he could not document it. I became shocked by this and not happy at all. I also offered that 10 pounds difference for the proper job and documentation! We went on arguing between Bart saying it repeatedly all 4 tyre tracking was done and me asking him to write a little note down 4 tyres. He said because they offered me the service for free, he could not do it. I said that is not good as I paid 50 for it and I should have had a full tracking for that as agreed. He went away to get the print off of the tracking job details as proof but it was not available. We argued bit more and he offered me to print off the job for me if I waited further 30 hour. Took longer... I do not know much about tracking but the printout does not seem satisfactory to me! This was very disappointing!! I will never go there again!!

I placed an order online, tyres+ fitting. The day I had appointment they said there is no time to do it. Alright happens… I rescheduled appointment directly in service. When I showed up for the next appointment after half an hour of waiting they told me they don’t have all 4 tyres, just 2?! I spent 45 minutes on the way for nothing but nerves. So irresponsible! Happens once I understand, but second time? Would give 0 stars if that’s possible.

I HAVE REPLACED THE TYRES ON 28TH JULY, AND TODAY I FOUND ONE OF TYRE WAS PUNCTURE WITH A VERY SMALL STAPLE PIN HIT THIS IS VERY STRANGE AND ANOTHER ONE TYRE PRESSURE ALSO GOGING DOWN, VERY POOR QUALITY TYRES

allowed me to make an appointment, my tyres were desperate. then emailed me a few days after saying they don’t have the tyres in stock and will have to wait longer for them. ended up going somewhere else for a better price
