“Been charged extra price what was referred not happy try to contact you no response”

“So far ordering process was good, not having tyre fitted until February 22nd (my choice) so will let you know how it goes then. Arrived at Formula One Autocentres Wigston 15 minutes before appointment was due at 10.30 am and the guy said he didn't know anything about it. On checking some paperwork he found that indeed the tyre was in stock but still said he didn't have a confirmed appointment and that I would have to wait. I showed him the confirmation e-mail from you and he still denied that an appointment was made. However the tyre change was completed at around 10.50am.”

“I've given 3 stars as I was lucky to get my tyers done despite them not updating garage on new date they emailed me and requested, so communication is really poor. I myself also had trouble getting a response when I had a query so if I hadn't of been lucky I would have had a wasted trip and have to wait until garage could fit me in again, so I would definitely scored lower. my advice is book but then confirm following day that garage you booked for also has correct information also. Garage however I couldn't fault he was great 5 * for him.”

“Overall a good service however, I don’t live anywhere near the garage and had to wait 3hrs for the tyres to be fitted. This meant I was walking around for 3hrs until the work was complete. As I had booked an hour slot I then assumed (wrongly) that the work would be carried out in this time which it wasn’t. There is nothing against the garage as work was carried out but there needs to be better communication between the garages and companies creating the booking. If there will be a waiting time this should also be stated prior to booking to reduce confusion.”

“I had searched the internet for a few days ( all the usual tyre on line websites) and accidently stumbled upon tyre savings.com. I was looking for a specific tyre ( I needed four) and was delighted to see the tyres were available on tyresavings.com and there was a fitter five mins drive away from where I live. In addition the tyres I wanted were the cheapest I could find on line. I booked the car in for 09:30 and I received a call at 11:00 saying the car was ready. The girl in the reception was extremely helpful and friendly. I will be using tyresavings.com the next time I am looking for tyres on line.”

“They gave me a reference code different from the fitter so the fitter refused to fit my tyres and even though I rang costumer service they could not fix the issue. I will never buy tyres from here again.”

“Absolutely RUBBISH, all the garages on the list I wanted to use,came back unavailable to fit due to something about bills not being paid. Then when I chose one much further away, they let me down on the day of fitting,and wanted me to go to one even further. If I kept going I would have ended up in Scotland. No very very poor poor show.”
