“The wrong information was given. booked for Saturday but the tyre fitting shop was closed on weekends. unable to have tyre fitted. What of waste of time and resources. I wish i could contact you guys as i tried but never had reply!!!!”

“I rang the garage on the day of booking to confirm and ask if they could do my tracking they said they are doing a deal on the tracking for£40 to which we agreed on they asked if I could bring the car in at 10am to which I did, it took them 2hrs to change 2 tyres the also wanted to charge me £87 for the tracking to be done which they didn't do because they said the shutters were broke to the ramp which was rubbish as the shtters were open when I got there, personally I would never use that garage again very disappointing service”

“I had a booking for 8.30 -9.30 slot at Formula One tire centre in Farnborough. Arrived a five minutes late due to the traffic and have been told that it can’t be done because I’m too late and have to rebook for another day. I would understand if they would be busy but the mechanics was just standing outside smoking and laughing ( at me?!)Very disappointing, poor service!”
