“Ordered the tyres shown as available online, chose tyre service centre, ( F1 Auto centre Dartford) rearranged my work schedule,phoned tyre services centre to confirm date, then got email from tyre savings to say they have not got the tyres and can not get them so went to kwik-Fit who had 113?”

“It's not the problem but the way it is dealt with which counts! My tyres were delayed by one day & Sophie @ Tyre Savings was so proactive about keeping me informed and making new arrangements for my tyre fiting. Full marks in my opinion!”

“Process went quite smooth. I was skeptical about their service after reading some of their trustpilot reviews, however, I was pleasantly surprised with their excellent customer service! Not only did I get the cheapest tyres in the UK, fitting was carried out professionally and the car is running smooth as ever. I used their partner ‘lodge tyres’ for fitting. I bought 4 tyres for my BMW and couldn’t be any happier. I’d give them 10 stars if I could… Thank you very much. You’ve earned yourself a very happy customer!”

“After reading previous reviews I was a little concerned about the service that would be provided... I needn't have worried, the service I received was excellent. Tyresavings.com provided the best priced tyres, the most convenient fitting service. The fitting centre provided a very efficient service. I would definitely use tyresavings.com again.”

“I ordered the tyres and was given a date and time to have them fitted only to be told there was a delay in the supply of the tyres, I was given a new date, and when I turned up for the fitting I was asked why I wasn't here two days prior as they got the tyres on the time stated when I first ordered them”

“So far ordering process was good, not having tyre fitted until February 22nd (my choice) so will let you know how it goes then. Arrived at Formula One Autocentres Wigston 15 minutes before appointment was due at 10.30 am and the guy said he didn't know anything about it. On checking some paperwork he found that indeed the tyre was in stock but still said he didn't have a confirmed appointment and that I would have to wait. I showed him the confirmation e-mail from you and he still denied that an appointment was made. However the tyre change was completed at around 10.50am.”
