“Appointment at 12.30,tyres fitted, brake pads and alignment completed, all done in 1hr. Formula one autocare crewe excellent service, recommend both companies.”

“I had booked an appointment for 10h30 which was confirmed, then I received an email saying the workshop has double booked me and can I come an hour later. This wasn't a problem HOWEVER, the workshop gent called me telling me he was expecting me at 10h30 and I was late!! I explained to him I'd received an email and he wasn't aware of any double booking at all.... Not very good when you work on a time pressure job. The gents changed my tyres and all was well. I would recommend the service.”

“The garage that I used was great and I have no problem with there service. However when arriving the tyres that I ordered had not yet been delivered. Luckily the garage had some other tyres that they had in stock.”

I have looked into your order and can see that we have a proof of delivery which was signed for on 20th in time for your fitting on the 21st. I have sent you an email with the proof of delivery paperwork attached for your reference. I have sent all the details over to their head office to look into further, and I will speak with the fitting centre when they are open in order to find out why they couldn't fit the tyres we supplied for your booking. “Really can't fault the service, website easy to use, the choice of tyres is good, from budget to expensive, the booking of fitting was quick and easy. I will be using Tyre Savings next time I need tyres. The fitting centre I used was excellent, the staff were polite and helpful, there was a comfortable seating area with access to free hot drinks. Really happy with the tyre and the service. Thanks”

“I noticed on Friday that I had a low tyre but put it down to just needing more air as it had never been pumped with air since I purchased it 3 years ago/ MOT & service were 8 months ago; also I travel on the road quite often. Added air to it and thought nothing more of it. The next day, the same tyre was low so knew there must be a puncture. Added ait to it again and began looking for tyres. The quickest place I could get them replaced was Monday with F1 but via the Tyre Savings website, I went on F1 website direct and the earliest was Wednesday - I couldn't leave it till then. In the end I ended up ordering 2 tyres but I didn't end up ordering them until 4pm due to errands due the morning. Having read reviews online I was worried that when I got to F1, the 2 tyres wouldn't be there, however F1 did have my Tyre Savings order ready and they were fitted and collected after work. Turns out the tyre had a screw and it was an advisory to replace at MOT anyway. Only been driving the Bridgestone tyres for approx a week but it definately feels different to the previous ones that hadn't been changes for 3 years! Service at F1 were also fantastic.”
