“The garage that I used was great and I have no problem with there service. However when arriving the tyres that I ordered had not yet been delivered. Luckily the garage had some other tyres that they had in stock.”

Hi Sam Thank you for your feedback. I am very sorry to hear that the tyres ordered were not available for your fitting as expected. I have looked into your order and can see that we have a proof of delivery which was signed for on 20th in time for your fitting on the 21st. I have sent you an email with the proof of delivery paperwork attached for your reference. I have sent all the details over to their head office to look into further, and I will speak with the fitting centre when they are open in order to find out why they couldn't fit the tyres we supplied for your booking. “Really can't fault the service, website easy to use, the choice of tyres is good, from budget to expensive, the booking of fitting was quick and easy. I will be using Tyre Savings next time I need tyres. The fitting centre I used was excellent, the staff were polite and helpful, there was a comfortable seating area with access to free hot drinks. Really happy with the tyre and the service. Thanks”

“I noticed on Friday that I had a low tyre but put it down to just needing more air as it had never been pumped with air since I purchased it 3 years ago/ MOT & service were 8 months ago; also I travel on the road quite often. Added air to it and thought nothing more of it. The next day, the same tyre was low so knew there must be a puncture. Added ait to it again and began looking for tyres. The quickest place I could get them replaced was Monday with F1 but via the Tyre Savings website, I went on F1 website direct and the earliest was Wednesday - I couldn't leave it till then. In the end I ended up ordering 2 tyres but I didn't end up ordering them until 4pm due to errands due the morning. Having read reviews online I was worried that when I got to F1, the 2 tyres wouldn't be there, however F1 did have my Tyre Savings order ready and they were fitted and collected after work. Turns out the tyre had a screw and it was an advisory to replace at MOT anyway. Only been driving the Bridgestone tyres for approx a week but it definately feels different to the previous ones that hadn't been changes for 3 years! Service at F1 were also fantastic.”

“I used this app about 5 months ago to buy a tyre for my Qashqai as I caught a kerb and got a slight bulge on the outside wall so needed changing straight away. It couldn't have come at a worse time as I had just moved into a new house a year before and most of my money was spent on necessary works. So finding the right brand tyre at the best price was important. I found a place just 8 miles away and the price was really good so it was a no brainer to book it on line through tyre savings. In fact it was so good I used it again to have the matching tyre changed on the other side. So would recommend.”

“Good savings grate. the garage I won't use again broke my hub cap them give me some rubbish it's being broken when u can see it was a fresh break in the hub cap where they try to stick it. Came out told me the fitter saw this when he was putting the tyres back on really,from the moment he took it off and saw that he would of reported it not after the tyres were fitted anyway nuff said.”

“Everything went smooth online and got to the tyre fitting Centre 8.25am and was told I was 2nd in line to gwt fitted( but was not happy that guy that was third in line got pushed ahead of me so I was actually dealt with third even though I told them I had to get back to work).”
