“The service from tyre service was good . It was a different story at the fitting experience!! I arrived at the fitting garage at 13.15 pm for 13.30 pm fitting and did not leave there until 1500hrs 😡. They were the most ignorant bunch of people I have ever encountered . I was actually told because I booked through yourselves l wait until it suits them . I won’t go into all that happened suffice to say if you continue to use this fitting service you will lose custom !! Look forward to your comments .”

“Unfortunately after accepting my order they changed the date of fitting on more than one occasion due to stock issues. My view is that they knew what stock they were holding but took the order anyway and then tried to mitigate the situation by changing dates. A more honest approach would have been to inform me that they did not have the tyres in stock at the point of order which would have saved me from wasting time going too and forth with emails.”

“Ordered 4 tires on Friday 21st December for delivery/fitting on the 22, not really expecting they would turn up so close to Christmas, but they were at the fitters by 10.30am. I was amazed.”

“Good service from Tyresavings.com but very poor service from the chosen fitters - "FormulaOne autotyres in Harrow". Was give a 12.30 slot only to be told when I arrived that there was a 2hour wait. Had to get tyresavngs.com to call FormulaOne to reschedule. Do not choose FormulaOne unless you like wasting your time. However, I would use Tyresavings.com again”

“I would recommend to new buyers to confirm with their fitter availability of tyres and time of appointment. Fitter changed slot by 30 minutes and confirmed tyres ordered by email - very nice.However I had to ask first.That should be done by tyresaving.com although very happy and will use this website again.”
