“Absolutely rubbish….. I went to get my tyres fitted at the appointed time at the appointed fitters only to be told the tyres had not been delivered. I then had to cancel my MOT test.”

“Front offside wheel nuts had not been secured all 5 came off on bypass whilst doing 60 miles an hour. One of the nuts was a locking nut. Kind regards Steven Raynor”

“Tyresaving,com is a good comparison website but I am disappointed by the dishonest company they suggested. They charged addtional fees of £30 (to possibly make up the discount) and I was attended to rudely and thought we could not hear them laughing about making the extra upsell. The company is dishonest with works they said would be "really difficult and time-consuming" which took 5 mins and he stood there for 25mins thinking I hadn't seen him pass the time. I gave them benefit of the doubt but when it came to billing they tried to charge me another additional £30 until I said: "no that's the wrong price". When it comes to paying please check what you are being charged for and whether it matches the quotation from tyresavings.com”

“Absolutely diabolical service. Booked tyres for fitting a week in advance. Turned up on the day to find out that firstly the tyre centre I chose doesn't even offer time slots and that the tyres hadn't arrived. 7 hours later the tyres still hadn't arrived and I had now missed my MOT retest. Cancelled with the tyre centre and had tyres fitted the next day elsewhere for just £20 more. Don't waste you time for the sake of maybe saving a few pounds. These guys are clearly cowboys, noticed a lot of recent reviews having the exact same problem as me....”

“I was extremely disappointed that I mad a special journey from my home (GL10 3GG) to the below garage on Monday 28th Mar (as per the appointment) to find the garage had no record of the appointment or even the tyres for the job. I had to drive home again without new tyres. I used to be an strong preacher and advocate for your services amongst friends and family, however, I have now lost all confidence in your service as I had a wasted 60-mile round trip that took 2hrs and now left without new tyres on my car which I need. Very disappointed.”

“What tyre fitting service! 🤬🤬 Tyre wasn't delivered! No cancelled appointment! So I went for them to say can't get any stock sorry! Rang customer service!! Well bloody joke too said sorry and tried to give me a more expensive alternative!! Lost time and money as had to take unpaid leave from work only to have no tyre fitted! Joke!! Will never use Again!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬”

“Decent price but you did not let the garage know about the appointment you confirmed with me which meant I went there to get my tyre fixed and they didn’t have it in stock. I then arranged to go again a few days later and still they had a mix up (this time wasn’t your fault) nonetheless the tyre should have been during the first appointment which you did not tell them about. So now will have to visit them a third time. Not good especially with the fuel prices sky rocketing, not sure how much money I’m actually saving now…”

“Paid a very good price for two tyres to be fitted to my Volvo XC90, booked the fitting at the time that suited me using the calander on screen. However the day before the fitting was due, the garage due to fir the tyres phoned me to advise his garage was fully booked for the day I had booked and that they could not fit me in, they did offer to fit the tyres on a Sunday afternoon, that was no good as we had plans for that day. I ended up having to cancel the whole booking and the tyres. I eventually got the tyres from another company and had them fitted when I wanted them fitting. The tyres cost me an extra £8.00 for the two tyres over and above what Tyre Savings were charging, but they could not do the job when I wanted . It is no good having good pricing, if you do not co, ordinate your tyre sales , with the availability of fitting slots at their partner garages. I was not impressed at all with this company. I will not be using them again.”

“Very disappointed. Arranged to have tyres fitted for Thursday 10th march. Took time off work, arrived at fitting station to be told tyres hadn’t arrived. Assured me they were on route and should be with them on the Friday. Arrived at tyre fitters on the Friday, no tyres. Took more time off on the following Monday, no tyres. Asked fitting station to contact me when tyres arrive so that I didn’t waste my time anymore. They hadn’t contacted me all week so thought I’d pop in to see what’s going on. Just been told that the tyres had been delivered but they had then received a phone from your company saying that my order had been cancelled and the tyres have been returned. Very disappointed that neither yourselves or the fitting station had the decency to contact me to let me know. Thanks for wasting my time and annual leave.”

“Terrible turnt up to appointment not only did the tyre garage not know anything about our appointment and was rude, we went elsewhere for them to ring 7 hours later and say the tyres have just come in but are wrong. What a shambles not even a phone call back to help re arrange or apologise. Won’t be using ever again”

“Not very happy traveled round trip of 18 miles to find out that my tyres had not been delivered. Apparently there was a problem with the delivery vehicle, had to reschedule for the next day. I do believe that I should have received some kind of message from yourselves to cancel my 12.30 appointment do you not agree.”

“Unfortunately I booked this service, had appointment booked for 2 front tyres..the garage was shut when we went to the appointment. This caused us a massive inconvenience, due to having to plan this around work and family commitments. Extremely disappointed with the service or should I say lack of service!!”
