order my tyres , fitting was in London atAngel Recovery Ltd 1-3 Tent Street ALDGATE London E1 5DQ when i get there,i was told guy witch doing tyres dont show to work . Guy there told me my tyres are there and another fitter will be there in about max 2h ( booking was on 19:00) .i set fine i will go home and come back. No call same day or in next day from them!!!!!

Avoid ! Absolutely Rubbish, they did not honour their commitment. On the day of the install I received an email to say they have to postpone my order as the tyres were not available. I wrote back in the morning to say I’m will to take my car to another centre where there is availability I had a reply in evening to say not possible. They called me with one bell and hung up. Wrote back saying they tried calling me so many times but no response lol. Never again Never use their service or products…total shambles.

I have used tyresavings in the past and been very pleased. However this time I booked with a local garage for the upcoming Saturday, as that is my day off work, within 30 mins the same garage messaged me to say they hadn't got any appointments until the following Wednesday. I then emailed Tyresavers to tell them I'd like to rebook with another garage that could do the Saturday. I heard nothing back from Tyresavers so needless to say my money was spent with an alternate supplier.

Tyres purchased on line and appt booked to be fitted only to receive an e mail saying package was damaged and no.more left!!! Really???? Never had any in the 1st place I guess. Then offered a cheaper version. No thanks poor service

Very bad service I ordered 3 tyres and i took a day off from work to fit new tyres I went to tyre shop and they told me they don't work with tyre saving anymore on Monday I called customer service for 20 in the end some answers the phone I told what happened and lady told me let me find out what happened and I will call you back, today is Wednesday still no response what a service from tyre saving

Booked my tyres to be changed at 8am Saturday 16th July 2022. Went to the garage at 7.50am, Gates locked. Waited outside till 8.15 am. No one showed to open up. I usually start at 8.am. Told manager I needed a later start time, 9.am. I only chose your company because you stated that I would be seen at 8.00am on Saturday 16th July 2022. Rearranged my work schedule, for nothing. If I could give you a rating of ZERO I WOULD.

Everything seemed quite good until I turned up for the appointment to fit the tyres and that’s where it ended the tyre fitting centre was closed so because this was urgent I had to take my car elsewhere to get tyres fitted I won’t be using tyre savings again

Extremely poor service, failed to fit my tyre as it did not arrive in their garage on time. Very dishonest service, lied about having my tyre on stock, also they wasted my time as I have booked an appointment with them, but the tyre did not come. Overall, this is was an incredibly, poor, irresponsible and unreliable service.

Terrible service. Appointment rescheduled by Tyresavings once and once i drove to the garage, the appointment was cancelled by them because there was no one available to fit my tyre

Went to get my tyres fitted, but they could not find my tyres. They had a receipt to prove they were delivered. Total waste of my afternoon as I took half a holiday. Very very poor service.

Booked a time that I could do on a Saturday morning and was then told they couldn't do it until Monday by the garage and terrible customer service from the garage (rude)

Booked in with some tyres. Got am email the following day saying they wouldn't be in stock and would be available the following day so re booked. Then another email saying no fitters were available. I ended ringing another supplier and some fitted the same day.

Ordered 2x tyres online, selected the fitting time as instructed on the web page. Turned on time....only to be told "we don't book time slots...its first come first serve...it will be a 2 hr wait". Very poor service

Attended the appointment at formula one in Rayleigh as agreed. I waited 1 hour an nothing was done. There was 2 staffs sitting in the office. Ask them how long do i need to wait and they say they don’t know as they were very busy. I took the key back and went elsewhere where it was done straight away

no joint calanders with the tyre fitters... so when you book a fitment date the fitter then gets back to you saying they cant fit for another week....

I made an online booking, received a confirmation message followed by a later message to say the tyre delivery (to F1 at Crewe) was delayed, I responded to the message with an alternative fitting date but didn't receive a response, after further failed attempts to arrange a new fitting appointment I cancelled the order. I placed an order at another fitting centre (F1 at Chester), arrived on time(08:30) only to be told that their 'tyre machine' was broken. I knew (from another custiomer) their 'tyre machine' was 'broken' the previous day. I asked why they hadn't let me know before making the trip to them only to be met with a shrug of the shoulders & a heavenward gaze (possibly for inspiration for a suitable answer). I left the fitting centre and received a phone call at 08:45 saying their machine was broken! 'Tyre Savings' may be OK, I wish I could tell! You could make a small saving on other online prices, I suspect they need to choose their fitting 'partners' better if their business isn't to be impacted.
