“Booking at 8.30a.m. when the garage tyre services dont start at 9.00a.m. NOT HAPPY!”

“Terrible turnt up to appointment not only did the tyre garage not know anything about our appointment and was rude, we went elsewhere for them to ring 7 hours later and say the tyres have just come in but are wrong. What a shambles not even a phone call back to help re arrange or apologise. Won’t be using ever again”

“Not very happy traveled round trip of 18 miles to find out that my tyres had not been delivered. Apparently there was a problem with the delivery vehicle, had to reschedule for the next day. I do believe that I should have received some kind of message from yourselves to cancel my 12.30 appointment do you not agree.”

“Unfortunately I booked this service, had appointment booked for 2 front tyres..the garage was shut when we went to the appointment. This caused us a massive inconvenience, due to having to plan this around work and family commitments. Extremely disappointed with the service or should I say lack of service!!”

“Worst experience with tyresavings. I had to get my tyres fitted at tsg wheels and tyres in barking, they called me to say their machine broke and to return the next day and they will phone me when to come in. As expected, the following day I received no call to come in and a total.waste of my day. I had to rebook on tyresavings to another garage and get it fitted where they did not accept credit card. I complained to tyreesavings about what happened but they are not interested about the first garage I booked. Avoid!!!”

“Only gave one star as the review page wouldn't allow zero stars. 0 out of 5 so far. Tyre hadn't been delivered to fitting centre when I arrived for my appointment on 19th Feb. I called at fitting centre on 22nd, still no tyre. Now it's 24th and still waiting for a call to say my tyre has been delivered. Strange that Tyre Savings send a request to review them before they check that they have delivered the tyre!”

“DO NOT BUY - I bought 3 Goodyear tyres from this company. With more than 4mm tread still left on them, 2 of the tyres developed a crack in the tread. I contacted Tyresaving.com to ask for them to review the tyres in case of a manufacturers fault. I also noted that the tyres were 2 and 3 years old when they were supplied. They replied to say that their tyres can be up to 5 years old at the time they are supplied to you (!) and they only give a one year warranty. Most other companies offer a lifetime guarantee for such an issue. I have since gone back and asked them to review further and they have not replied. Total false economy. I will not be buying from this company again.”

“Just tyres in Epsom damaged 3 alloys. At first the regional manager said that i had curbed all the alloys. I then complained to the head office and the technical manager agreed with me that the alloys were damaged by the tyre machine.”

“The whole process was easy, fast and brilliant... However, the cowboys that changed my tyres were unprofessional, rude and damaged my alloys. I asked numerous times that the alloys had been refurbished and to be careful... But big chanks were taken out of the alloys. Tyresavings should not be using or recommending cowboys like this! Really disappointed. Fitting center was: East Lane Tyres”

“Turned up for first appointment to been told didn’t know I was coming from your company.The guy at the tyre place then said he could book me in for 12 pm the next day 11.30 i received a phone call to say he didn’t have a tyre fitter to do the job so rebooked for 4pm the next day to find out that you didn’t deliver the correct amount of tyres .”

“The order was never placed with the garage I booked it with. Even though I received a reference number. So had to buy the garages tyres that they had in stock which were conveniently more expensive. Cheers”

“Unfortunately I’ve found this to very disappointing.having gone to get the tyres fitted by the local fitter they couldn’t fit me in at the allotted time .tried to ring them several times to make an appointment to have the tyres fitted could not get through to them .rang the 0800 number of tyresave no answer .this has meant I’ve had to cancel the mot which was booked in for the afternoon of the tyres meant to be fitted .”
