“Did not get my tyres did not get back to me about the garage not open on Saturday please get your facts right”

“Booked a tyre and a appointment to have it fitted drove the half hour to get there to be laughed at by the garage who told me there was no way they could fit me in and that I should not rely on a third party to get a tyre fitted, absolutely rubbish service and an even poorer garage ( formula one auto centre farnborough)”

“I selected Formula 1 Auto Centre in Bletchley and what a mistake that was. My appointment was at 10:30am and was told to arrive early. At 10:25am I was greeted with a stressed out reception and a queue. Immediately I was told my appointment was 9:30am (and had to prove it was not) there was a delay and then questioned if I had paid or not. Essentially no clue what was going. I told them would 45 minutes be enough to which I was told “yes, plenty of time”. Went to get a coffee and returned 50 minutes later and the car hadn’t even been started. The car went up on the ramp and no one touched it for 20 minutes. End result I left at 11:53 for an appointment at 10:30 to change two tyres. AVOID”

“Ordered 2 tryres for fitting at a local retailer and turned up at the appropriate date/time only to be told that my order had been cancelled a few days earlier and I should have been contacted by Tyresavings.com. Didn't happen and I wasted my time!”

“It didn’t go very well at all - the price quoted and which I expected to pay, wasn’t that which the garage asked for! Tyre Savings said that I would be paying £271.92 on the day of fitting to the garage. However, when it came to pay, they asked for £300! Had I known this, I would not have used Tyre Savings and certainly won’t be using them again on this basis. It caused much annoyance from both sides. So a warning - the quote that you get isn’t what you will end up paying!”

“After ordering and booking a time for fitting, I went as planned to have two tyres fitted. The fitters knew nothing about my tyres or booking appointment! Saying tyresavings.com, should not be giving out appointments For Halfords the fitters, as their computers are not compatible! On my return home I emailed Halfords to complain. That was a waste of time, they were not interested as the tyres hadn’t been purchased from them.”

“Went to formula 1 auto centres Bristol and they had no record of any tyres being booked in, the manager was very abrupt and told me if I wanted tyres fitting I would have to leave my car there and they'd do it when they could although the place was empty, unfortunately won't be using tyre savings again”

“Had to go back twice as you sent odd tyres! Not good when you take time off work! So no you can't even do your job and send out the correct tyres! No kind of apology offered!”

“Very fast and efficient service on site. BUT on my way home the tyre pressire indicator came on and it turned out that the pressure was about half what it should have been on the new tyre. I think you will agree that is very worryingly poor practice.”

“I booked an appointment through you for an appointment with F1 automotive to change 3 tyres. I received a confirmation email from you stating that it was all booked and the time of the appointment. I turned up at the correct time and they said they had no record of the appointment and didn’t have any tyres that matched mine in stock. As a consequence I was forced to go elsewhere and drive around trying to find appropriate tyres. This was a waste of a day and I had to pay extra for the tyres I needed.”

“Tyres were not fitted I ended up getting tyres from farmers autocare after being told by halfords I would have to wait at least two hours for fitting this was not acceptable to me so would not use again”

“Booked my tyre with you online, and was advised to be at my local garage promptly for my appointment. I arrived, only to be told they had no record of my appointment and, as a third party company, you have no access to their diary. As a result I had to wait six hours for a slot! I will not be using this again!”

“Arrived for my appointment to get my 4 new tyres fitted, only to be told by the gararge they can’t do it as they are now concentrating on the commercial side, so a morning -day wasted and a days earnings lost,sent a email to this tire saving mob to tell them of there failure to honour my appointment to get my new tyres and surprise surprise nothing back then a couple of days later they email to ask how good a service they supplied and ask if I would like to leave a review, so there is my review a absolute waste of a day.”
