“Great tyres, really poor fitting service, booked in at 10.30am, Tyres were fitted by 2.05pm. Only one hands-on worker in the garage and another on reception. It should have taken 45 mins maximum.”

“All things considered, I only gave a 3 star review based on the fact that I had to place my order 3 times over the space of 1 month. Bearing in mind I was ordering a set of 4 and each time I placed the order the so specific tyre I was after was showing as “in stock” First time I placed the order, within 3 days of my scheduled fitting date the order was cancelled. The second time I placed the order it was cancelled within the same time frame. The third time I decided to phone up the helpline to place the order. With an operator on the phone I was told that my order had been cancelled due to the fact that each of the 4 tyres were in opposite ends of Greater London and slightly further out in separate depo’s and that they will locate all 4 for my order. Happy days!!! However again 3 days before my fitting date, I received a phone call from the same number that I had contacted to place the order, now panic sets in as these are replacement tyres for my girlfriends car. The operator was extremely helpful but she informed me that they could only locate 2 of the 4 tyres and the others were nowhere to be found, strange but I no longer had the patience to keep waiting for this supplier even though their prices were the best. I got the 2 fitted yesterday with no problems but after a quick discussion with my local fitter, I was informed that THE FITTER had to go and collect the order for 2 tyres and that the previously selected fitting dates had to be cancelled as they never received he product. Overall, good prices, average website (if the stock doesn’t exist why is it still available to purchase) No complaints about the fitters, used before and would use again”

“Good service, busy tyre fitting unit. Would I go back there again, probably not. More industrial, than for cars. But seen to quite quickly, wasnt informed of a waiting room, stood by my car, while waiting for tyres to be fitted.”
