“After searching for the best value deal on my size of tyre I was able to choose where and when I wanted. Also once the work had been carried out I was also able to ask for my tracking to be checked and was very pleased with the results. I will definitely recommend.”

“The booking through tyresavings.com was very easy and was the best pet of the whole service. The actual fitting was terrible at Formula One auto centres in Chichester. They damaged the car by what look to have been someone falling onto the bonnet whilst holding a wheel nut in their hand, I know it wasn’t there before taking it in due to the nature of the dent, the fact that the paint scratch is new (having worked in the car trade) and the fact that I had only washed the car myself a few days before. They then tried to charge extra for balancing the wheels!! I get alignment would be extra but not balancing, a completely disgusting experience and I will never use another formula one auto enter again!”

“Ordering and timing of appointment were absolutely fantastic -smooth and flawless process. These budget tyres are so sought after that they're put of stock or their prices have gone way up. After ordering the afternoon before, I went to the Formula One fitters an hour earlier of the appointment -to be certain the tyres had arrived on time (becausethe fitters weren't answering their phone). I did this because I had to be 150 miles away, on time, and had the bad experience of purchasing the one tyre from Asdatyres 2 months prior, which arrived 10 days after my booking slot at Bathwick's. Formula One fitted all my 3x tyres in over 2 hours. They then offered to conduct a tracking service (not cheap but needed), so I was there for another 45mins. The other customer was complaining about the hour he was waiting, till I mentioned I'd already been there for 2.5hrs! I think the TyreSaving.com service is brilliant, but as with some fitters they don't seem bothered to make you wait if the tyre is purchased elsewhere. I might be wrong but that's just my experience (since ordering online from different sites using different fitters).”

“Ordering the tyres online was simple and straight forward, unfortunately I will not be using them again, I chose a time slot suitable for me expecting to be there for approx 1 hour only having 2 tyres fitted, after 2 hours 15 mins I was told my car was ready,I mentioned about how long it had taken the mechanic was not bothered just said these are unrealistic time slots that do not fit in with there diary which was why it took so long, what a complete mess, also just trying to sort out a problem as marked both of my alloys when fitting the tyres. I am really dissatisfied with the whole process and would definitely not get my tyres sorted this way again, will not using the garage again they were not very friendly and really did not seem bothered. NO customer care at all. I think this reflects very badly on your business.”

“Arrived approx 10 mins early for fitting. The fitter saw my arrival and directed me straight into the workshop. After confirming my details and tyre choice he directed me to the waiting area (which needs a little sprucing up!) and got onto my tyre change straightaway. All completed within 15 mins including TP check on all tyres. He also handed over the locking wheel nut key to ensure I had it in my possession. Very quick, polite and efficient. Many thanks.”

“Ordering through tyresavings.com was simple and straightforward. Unfortunately we wouldnt choose the fitting centre again. They were busy on our chosen time so we arranged a different day and time. My wife took the car and was greeted by a rude and patronising bloke who said it would 2 hours to change 2 tyres because again they were busy. Got the impression that this tyre fitting service was too much trouble for them and wasn't worth the hassle of the paperwork. Why agree to be a fitting centre when they clearly don't need or want the work”

“I was given a very good price for 4 x Pirelli and quick fitting options in my local area. The first garage booked through Tyre Savings didn’t honour the fitting appointment and Tyre Savings sorted it out straight away for a new garage the next day with the tyres shipped overnight. Good service, communication and price.”

“Tyresavings have been excellent in the past but this time they only delivered 3 out of 4 tyres. Neither the fitters or me could get hold of anyone via the customer service helpline, kept saying I was in a queue, then going to answerphone and then saying mailbox was full. Had to order the 4th tyre again, pay a bit more as the price had gone up, not a lot but annoying and then another trip to the fitters. Happy with the tyres and a good deal but service this time was really poor.”
