“Booked in on Thursday online for fitting between 10:30-11:30 for Saturday morning, got the garage and no delivery of the tyres, was then informed yesterday when booked in independently with the garage that the tyres were received at 3:30 pm Monday”

“Your online service is great and prices very competitive. You are offering your customers an excellent service. However I would gladly award you five stars if the fitting service was radically improved. John Beer motors of Chard fitted the two front tyres no problem, but they were fitted in a dirty filthy scrapyard outside. There was zero customer parking, no facility for customers to sit and wait and even their so called “office” was an absolute tip. May I kindly suggest that you vet your fitting companies more thoroughly , this would improve your rating enormously. I will gladly use your service again, easy to use system that works , I will however be selecting a different fitter.”

“Customer communications needs improvement. Appointment was rescheduled due to tyre delivery issue. Rescheduled appointment was not confirmed and tyres were not delivered for revised appointment. No explanation provided by Tyre Savings. New appointment arranged direct with fitter.”

“Booked a tyre and a appointment to have it fitted drove the half hour to get there to be laughed at by the garage who told me there was no way they could fit me in and that I should not rely on a third party to get a tyre fitted, absolutely rubbish service and an even poorer garage ( formula one auto centre farnborough)”

“We wanted two budget tyres for the rear of my wife's car and Tyre Savings were quoting the best price. A 10.30 am appointment was arranged for me to get them fitted. I arrived at 10.20 am and three fitters immediately started work on the car. I was away again in around 10 minutes so was more than pleased about both the price and the brilliant service received at E.K.Tyres Ltd in Chepstow. Thank you!”

“Ordering from tyre savings was easy and the prices every good but it comes at a cost! The chosen fitter Just Tyres fitted the tyres on time but did not replace the valves or balance the wheels, this was discovered as soon as I hit the motorway and got big wheel wobble. I'd use tyre savings again but not Just Tyres”

“All went to plan until I left the tyre fitters and noticed the very firm ride and pronounced tyre noise so I checked the tyre pressures which had been left at 42psi against the correct 33psi for the car. Once pressures were reset the ride settled and noise reduced. It is disappointing that the tyre pressures weren’t set correctly but apart from that I am happy with the service through Tyresavings.”

“I selected Formula 1 Auto Centre in Bletchley and what a mistake that was. My appointment was at 10:30am and was told to arrive early. At 10:25am I was greeted with a stressed out reception and a queue. Immediately I was told my appointment was 9:30am (and had to prove it was not) there was a delay and then questioned if I had paid or not. Essentially no clue what was going. I told them would 45 minutes be enough to which I was told “yes, plenty of time”. Went to get a coffee and returned 50 minutes later and the car hadn’t even been started. The car went up on the ramp and no one touched it for 20 minutes. End result I left at 11:53 for an appointment at 10:30 to change two tyres. AVOID”
