“The tyres that were delivered were not the ones ordered, and they were different sizes from each other. So the tyre fitters had nothing to fit!”

“Their website is easy to use, the selection of tyres offered comprehensive. Prices competitive and a good selection of fitters in my area. All went well, the fitters I chose did the job promptly and I paid after it was completed. Perfect.”

“Didn't realise there was no waiting area. (Got my confirmation email after I dropped my car off, it told me then?) Bit late. Had to hang around in freezing cold for two hours and it's basicallyan industrial area. (I did manage to nurse a coffee in Greggs for half an hour). Garage staff were great and very helpful. Happy with the service I received. More the poor communication that let them down. Will use again but will take a jacket and be better prepared next time.”

“Easy to order with a variety of locations and timeslots. Can't comment on the garage itself as it was my partner who took my car in but seems to have gone as expected. Email confirmations sent updating of progress. Only thing is I ordered the tyre online and would of been easier to have paid for it there and then.”
