“I booked appointment for 1130hrs on 5/1/20 only to be told on arrival that my appointment was at 1230hrs and to come back. Checked my confirmation email and the time quoted was 1130hrs. A wasted morning and I am not very pleased.”

“Awful. Ordered the tyres, contacted the fitter by phone in advance to see if all was ok before I went there of which they said yes. Got there and were not able to do balancing, could only do it between 9pm and 9am and I would have to come back between only those times. So I canceled and ordered more tyres and fitting at a different garage. Appalling customer service and an absolute waste of my time won’t be using that garage again”

“This was my third time ordering tyres and i must say all time the tyres were delivered in time for fitting and the fitting was as i expected efficient and satisfactory i will definitely be using tyre sales again”

“I needed two tyres for my car, ordered them on Monday 14th, with fitting arranged for Friday, easy to do. Later that day received an e-mail stating they are out of stock but next day get an e-mail from them advising of a new delivery and reinstating order. Well done to Jenny in the office for her customer service. Arrived at fitters (Just Tyres in Strood Kent) and went straight in. The two guys there had it all done in a little over twenty minutes, could not fault them. Would seriously consider using them again.”

“Good for saving money on tyres as I managed to get two tyres for £80 something pound however when I booked my appointment and turned up at the garage they said they hadn’t received the email from tyresavings and had not booked me in. Unsure if this was the garage lying and booking in too many or miscommunication from tyresavings but I would use again.”
