“Great online product and supply, however the tyre fitters GT Tyres Thurnsoc cause minor damage to one of the expensive alloys. The alloy is a black gloss AMG 245/35 18. I had only bought the car 3 days earlier, l had removed the tyres at home and cleaned, polished them before tyre fitting. The tyre fitting was prompt, and very efficient. The wheels were loaded into my suv, they remained there for 3 days in the car and in the garage. They stayed there because of wet weather, when l removed them they were heavy coate with the white tyre soap. The thickness of this soap had the effect of masking the 2 areas of damage underneath. There was a 1cm×1cm cut into the outer lip of the black paintwork. This lifted the top off the black coating exposing the silver metal below. The second area of damage was on the outer lip of the wheel centre hole. This was a scrape contact which removed a small piece of alloy and again exposing the silver metal below. It really dampened the experience, l have an AMG mercedes slk with 3 perfect alloys and 1 damaged and being no fault of my own. Taken photos, but won't drag or upload onto your image review page.”

“Tyre Savings Excellent Service. Tyre Fitting Customer Experience very very poor many issues. 1. On Arrival at Strathclyde Tyres could not find booking only when I produced your E Mail could they find it. 2. Arrived at 13.20 hrs for a 13.30 Fitting to be told both there Tyre fitters were on there lunch would not be back for at least 15 minutes. 3. I stated I would go for a walk and they would phone me when car is ready they never phoned. 4. I returned at 15.30 hrs ( no phone call) car was still within center just sitting there not on jacks . 5. I went into reception and sat down no one approached me to say car is ready. 6. After 10 minutes asked if my car is ready after checking it was I payed for the tyres. 7. I was then asked to remove the car from there work shop. 8. I then reversed the car out and returned home once home I found the wheel locking nut was missing from the console where I placed it prior to the Tyre fitting. 9. Next morning I returned to the Tyre Centre whereby I was given the Locking Nut and told the Locking Nut was found in there yard by a Taxi Driver, if that’s true It must of been left on the car roof. Staff were friendly and pleasant but the Customer Experience was very very poor .”

“Very pleased with the tyres and particularly with the service of the fitters, Cando Autocentres of Wymondham, Norfolk, who were prompt, helpful and efficient and paid good attention to detail. Based on my experience, this is an excellent way to buy tyres at very competitive prices. I shall use Tyre Savings again, and the same fitters if possible.”

“Couldn’t get the tyres I needed for a classic car at a well known tyre garage and so with one click at tyre save the exact tyres were delivered next day and fitted by the said garage. No longer will I have to listen to oohs and ahhs at a garage I will just go straight to tyre save.”
