Every single tyre company that we tried told us our car took 175 65 15 tyres, which is what we brought, they turned out to be too big and rub on a tight turn, I then found that all American sites said the correct size was 175 50 15 which was the size on the car before we had them changed. We brought 4x 175 65 15 tyres as you cannot have two different sizes even though it was only the front pair that needed replacement, fortunately I kept the two original rear tyres as they were like new, I have now purchased two 175 50 15 tyres and am getting them all fitted on Saturday. All I have to do now is sell the 4x new 175 65 15 tyres via ebay to try to recoup some of my wasted money. All the tyres I have brought are through tyresavings and they are a good service although they did tell me the wrong size tyre, so did everyone else so it probably isn't their fault. I drove the car home and it hasn't moved since so the 4x brand new 175 65 15 tyres that currently sit on the car have done 4.8 miles.......some one will get a bargain.

The price of the tyres was very good. Booking the appointment for fitting was simple. The problem was that when I arrived at the garage for fitting, they were not expecting me. It seems Tyre savings had neglected to liaise with the garage before booking. They had no slot available but were able to fit me in later that afternoon. Could have been very inconvenient if I wasn’t free that day.

Ordered 4 tyres but when I arrived only 3 had been delivered to fitter. Customer services arranged for missing tyre to be delivered but it meant I had to make an extra trip to fitter, as a mobile worker I'd arranged my work around the original fitting

The price and service, including fitting, was good but the tyres are old (made in 2017) and this was not disclosed to me when placing the order. I will not be ordering from Tyre Savings again as I will want to be sure that I am buying newly made tyres not old stock that may have deteriorated before being fitted.

Easy to use, and the tyres I found were £15 cheaper each than my usual tyre place. The appointment was booked for 8am - 9am on the Saturday so I turned up at about 7.55am but then had to wait until about ten past before they opened. When they did, I was told that the fitters didn't start until 8.30 anyway, so even more sitting around. I need to get back in touch with the tyre centre now, because I have a high speed vibration which would suggest a balancing issue. I tried ringing them Friday at 4,55pm and even though their website says they're open until 5.30pm, nobody picked up the phone. All in all, a bit disappointing form the actual garage, but the Tyre Service website was just fine.

Product and fitting were great, but I turned up to at my appointment time to be told that they don't do appointments - they work on first come first served - and I'd have to wait for 90 minutes before they could even start. Apparently they've told Tyre Savings repeatedly about this, but they continue to ignore it and keep offering appointment times.

Had an appointment time then got a call saying tyres were not in. Had to take the car in 3 hours later. Then had to wait 2 hours for them to get fitted. So I lost the hole day.

I can’t fault the price I paid and the tyres fitted however I am now dealing with Just Tyres as they have scratched both of my alloys whilst fitting the tyres. Not happy about this lack of care taken. Words of advise is to choose your fitting centre carefully.

The tyres were new but manufactured 5 years ago. While these tyres are perfectly serviceable, if you don’t do lots of miles, they made reach their age limit before they wear out.

The garage told me that the time I selected for fitting of the tyres was not given to them, so I could have had a long wait, fortunately I only waited 45 minutes. The garage should be informed of what time the tyres have been booked for fitting.

No problem at all with tyresaving.com ordered tyres they were there when I arrived at fitting station. 5 star. The problem I had was with the fact my tyres had been over inflated by a massive amount which made my car extremely dangerous, straight after fitting I took my car on a local A road, i slowly got up to speed limit and proceced to overtake a car, as soon as i tried to put steering input into the car it began to weave from side to side so badly I actually thought my wheel was coming off I just about managed to gain control of the car and abandoned my overtake and pulled over asap, I have a tyre pump in the car and checked the pressure on both new tyres and were over 4 bar I googled what my pressures should be 2.4 it's ridiculous how they could have got so wrong will never use the fitting station again

Booking slot was easy, when I turned up I was greeted by staff who briskly informed me that I had at least 30 min wait until the would start work, no apology or reasoning. I returned 30 min later to be told I was third in line! After tyres were fitted, all good and efficient by the way, I asked about the booking time. It turned out that the workshop expected me at any time within the 1 hour slot and then I’d have to wait my turn. This should be made clear at booking stage.
