The tyres are good for price. The reason I gave 3 star is that I asked for the front alignment but have been told that they don't have time for that. I have taken my car somewhere else for alignment.

Turned up to the garage at the allocated time slot to be told I have no booking, luckily they had my tyre in stock at the same price with immediate fitting so no great issue but a bit put out that my reservation didn’t exist.

The fitting center were not informed about booking they couldnt boik me in even thought the tyres were their waiting to be fitted took in total 1 1/2 hours to be done suggest you improve your IT department .The guys who did fitting were very good pity about your end

Supply of tyres very poor, only two out of four delivered to fitting company. Was not notified that the order was incomplete so it could have been a wasted two hour journey! The fitting company discovered that by chance a courier was delivering the remainder of the order the same day. I had to wait as I didn’t want another two journey and the associated cost. The fitting company were brilliant but sadly the tyre supplier customer service was poor in this case. In future I will check the tyres have been delivered before I set out to have them fitted!

I put 3 stars because, tyres not been delivered on time. I must comeback second time for fitting... Shouldn't be like that... 👎

This is a difficult one. To date the tyres have not been fitted. Initially they were to be fitted by Formula 1 auto centre Chester. They changed the appointment date and time 3 times. I requested an alternative in Chester. Fitting was supposed to be today 13/9. Tyres savings have changed this appointment because of issues supplying the tyres. Hopefully they will be fitted tomorrow. You may think 3 stars is generous given the above - that is because the staff member Sophie has kept me up to date with all developments in a pleasant and professional manner - which to me is very important

The tyres I ordered weren’t at my chosen garage on the date I was given. I had to go back the following day which was an inconvenience.

Online booking was easy and no problems but the garage I selected informed me upon arrival that they don't infact do appointments and you have to wait in line with however many people are also waiting. I was lucky that I only had one I front of me but still spent over an hour waiting during fitting on top of the time it took to wait in line. I also had to go back to the garage a few days after as they never sealed my tyre correctly and it was deflating.

The initial order was fine but F/one tyres said they were short staffed and pushed me back 2 days then I had to wait 1 .1/2 hrs to be seen and now the tyre pressure sensors showing a fault I went back to the tyre company who said I will have to go to Ford to get it repaired .I’m not very happy with the whole experience

When booking website says McConecheys garage but is actually Halfords. If I'd known this I have a Halfords nearer to me. Front tyres replaced, I have pressure sensors on each and linked to the car. Wheels were putback on opposite sides so will have to go back again. Another 80ml round trip. Any savings gained now lost. Maybe I was just unlucky but won't be using again. Thanks.

The purchaseing process was easy and efficient, the fitting was a little more hit and miss. I delivered the two wheels the evening before to make it easier for the fitting station to have them done first thing in the morningas my appointment was 8.30-9.30am I left my work at 9.45 to go and collect the 2 wheels only to find they had never been done, (why have appointments I ask). 15 minutes I was told it would take 35 minutes later I left having paid for the tyres whilst I waited. Not an experience I would like to repeat.

Booked the tyres for Friday afternoon at 4.30 but was told by the garage they are too busy and will not have time to change tyres so if I could come the next day on Saturday. Annoying. There seem to be lack of communication between. The garage and tyresavings as the garage didn’t even know I was booked in for Friday. I had to waste an extra day which meant I had to take a day off work on Saturday.

Every single tyre company that we tried told us our car took 175 65 15 tyres, which is what we brought, they turned out to be too big and rub on a tight turn, I then found that all American sites said the correct size was 175 50 15 which was the size on the car before we had them changed. We brought 4x 175 65 15 tyres as you cannot have two different sizes even though it was only the front pair that needed replacement, fortunately I kept the two original rear tyres as they were like new, I have now purchased two 175 50 15 tyres and am getting them all fitted on Saturday. All I have to do now is sell the 4x new 175 65 15 tyres via ebay to try to recoup some of my wasted money. All the tyres I have brought are through tyresavings and they are a good service although they did tell me the wrong size tyre, so did everyone else so it probably isn't their fault. I drove the car home and it hasn't moved since so the 4x brand new 175 65 15 tyres that currently sit on the car have done 4.8 miles.......some one will get a bargain.

The price of the tyres was very good. Booking the appointment for fitting was simple. The problem was that when I arrived at the garage for fitting, they were not expecting me. It seems Tyre savings had neglected to liaise with the garage before booking. They had no slot available but were able to fit me in later that afternoon. Could have been very inconvenient if I wasn’t free that day.

Ordered 4 tyres but when I arrived only 3 had been delivered to fitter. Customer services arranged for missing tyre to be delivered but it meant I had to make an extra trip to fitter, as a mobile worker I'd arranged my work around the original fitting

The price and service, including fitting, was good but the tyres are old (made in 2017) and this was not disclosed to me when placing the order. I will not be ordering from Tyre Savings again as I will want to be sure that I am buying newly made tyres not old stock that may have deteriorated before being fitted.
