“The price is unbeatable for the tyres the shame came for me is the time it took Wilco motosave to fit them I lost and hour and half for one tyre fitting.”

“The tyre that I originally selected from the website, turned out to be unavailable, then on two occaisions when I turned up for the fitting at Formula One Autocentres there was a problem with this booking so I had to go away and come back. The system didn't appear to work very well in this regard, however Mickey was extremely helpful in getting these issues resolved.”

“Tyre purchase was faultless, fitting, unfortunately, not quite so. Got to tyre fitters at my allocated time for my fitting to be told they were running late. While waiting for my fitting the tyre place was turning customers away as they were so behind. One gentleman turned up with a punctured tyre and was advised to go elsewhere as it would be 3 to 4 hrs before they could help him. I waited just over an hour to have 1 tyre fitted. Unfortunately, there are no fitters for this company in my town (Wellingborough) anymore for some reason, so I had to travel 10 miles for fitting.”

“I found the tyres I wanted, at a fair price, to be fitted at a convenient local agent, and ordered two. I was told by Tyre Savings the next day that the tyres were not available and my order was cancelled. There was nothing else comparable to order from Tyre Savings but I was satisfied elsewhere. The Tyre Savings website was amended to remove the tyres I had wanted, and others too. Why was it not up-to-date in the first place - a waste of time for all concerned? I suggest potential purchasers exercise caution before ordering.”

“Overall decent service. Garage I took the vehicle to weren’t very polite/helpul (not tyre savings fault). Had delay in tyres so had to order different ones then the first ordered tyres turned up very confusing. Attempted to contact tyre savings by phone no answer then tried email took approx 2/3 days for a reply which didn’t really help.”

“Unable to contact tyre saving by phone and this is not the first time. They get you to leave a message which is never responded too, bad customer service. Tyre company could not find the email from tyre saving and it took another 5 minutes of embarrassment waiting to see if the tyre company would except the price of which they did.”

“Can’t complain about the price, definitely saved quite a lot on four new tyres . Not so happy about the fitting arrangements. I had booked a fitting slot at one of the local tyre fitting shops, which is part of the process on your website. I arrived at said time but was told because they were busy it would be a 2-3 hour wait, I had not expected this so hadn’t arranged to be picked up or anything so said that’s no good for me, was then asked if I could return later on, luckily I could and the tyres were fitted no problem. Just a bit peeved that they could offer me another slot but not honour the one I’d booked off your website, how was I able to book a certain time if they didn’t have it available? Overall I would use again but definitely take the booked fitting slot with a pinch of salt.”

“Tyres were the best price around. Very please with them. The fitting service however (F1 Autocentres) left much to be desired. Not only did they manage to fit one of my tyres to another persons car, meaning a return visit later that day to have my 4th tyre fitted, they took a ridiculous amount of time to fit the tyres themselves.”

“I have used tyre savings before and it’s been good but unfortunately this time it was very poor. We booked a time slot at formula one tyres in Chester. My daughter arrived and they said they knew nothing about it and would have to come back the next day meaning having to take more time off work to the car done.”

“I get to the garage in the morning on time to find out that they are fully booked and yhere is no booking for my car with them... They managed to squeeze me in,but I am not happy with the fact that I drive 0 miles to the garage and I haven't got booked appointment with them. They explain to me that your site is not connected to their!”

“Went to the fitters and no appointment had been made, their own customers were to be prioritised. Now have got to wait till Friday to have fitted as no other appointments available. Most disappointing.”

“Price was EXCELLENT! Ordered three tyres. However…waited a week and only two arrived at my fitter. Had to wait another week for the third. No biggy, just inconvenient. But would recommend them for price alone.”
