“Didn't realise there was no waiting area. (Got my confirmation email after I dropped my car off, it told me then?) Bit late. Had to hang around in freezing cold for two hours and it's basicallyan industrial area. (I did manage to nurse a coffee in Greggs for half an hour). Garage staff were great and very helpful. Happy with the service I received. More the poor communication that let them down. Will use again but will take a jacket and be better prepared next time.”

“happy with tyre ordered but had to wait over 4 days before tyre arrived at fitting garage I feel this is far to long had to keep driving on a run flat tyre”

“Your online service is great and prices very competitive. You are offering your customers an excellent service. However I would gladly award you five stars if the fitting service was radically improved. John Beer motors of Chard fitted the two front tyres no problem, but they were fitted in a dirty filthy scrapyard outside. There was zero customer parking, no facility for customers to sit and wait and even their so called “office” was an absolute tip. May I kindly suggest that you vet your fitting companies more thoroughly , this would improve your rating enormously. I will gladly use your service again, easy to use system that works , I will however be selecting a different fitter.”

“After sending your van twice with the paperwork to my fitter without the tyres, Hooray they came on the third attempt. They were fitted in 15 minutes. If you send me a voucher I may use you again.”

“Went to get 3 tyres done at my local tyre centre via tyre savings and they only sent 2 that were the actual correct size. Having to go back a second day to get the last one done.”

“order and communication was first class. Fitting was polite but did take longer than previous experiences with other tyre firms. I think that their more profitable work took precedence over my tyre fitting - the car was on their jacks a long time as the fitter attended to other jobs between doing mine. Otherwise no grumbles”

“All things considered, I only gave a 3 star review based on the fact that I had to place my order 3 times over the space of 1 month. Bearing in mind I was ordering a set of 4 and each time I placed the order the so specific tyre I was after was showing as “in stock” First time I placed the order, within 3 days of my scheduled fitting date the order was cancelled. The second time I placed the order it was cancelled within the same time frame. The third time I decided to phone up the helpline to place the order. With an operator on the phone I was told that my order had been cancelled due to the fact that each of the 4 tyres were in opposite ends of Greater London and slightly further out in separate depo’s and that they will locate all 4 for my order. Happy days!!! However again 3 days before my fitting date, I received a phone call from the same number that I had contacted to place the order, now panic sets in as these are replacement tyres for my girlfriends car. The operator was extremely helpful but she informed me that they could only locate 2 of the 4 tyres and the others were nowhere to be found, strange but I no longer had the patience to keep waiting for this supplier even though their prices were the best. I got the 2 fitted yesterday with no problems but after a quick discussion with my local fitter, I was informed that THE FITTER had to go and collect the order for 2 tyres and that the previously selected fitting dates had to be cancelled as they never received he product. Overall, good prices, average website (if the stock doesn’t exist why is it still available to purchase) No complaints about the fitters, used before and would use again”

“Ordering through tyresavings.com was simple and straightforward. Unfortunately we wouldnt choose the fitting centre again. They were busy on our chosen time so we arranged a different day and time. My wife took the car and was greeted by a rude and patronising bloke who said it would 2 hours to change 2 tyres because again they were busy. Got the impression that this tyre fitting service was too much trouble for them and wasn't worth the hassle of the paperwork. Why agree to be a fitting centre when they clearly don't need or want the work”

“Arrived to have tyres fitted and had to wait about 30 minutes after my booked time for the tyres to be delivered to the tyre fitters, but when the did arrive all fitter worked on my car.”

“The tyres are good for price. The reason I gave 3 star is that I asked for the front alignment but have been told that they don't have time for that. I have taken my car somewhere else for alignment.”

“Turned up to the garage at the allocated time slot to be told I have no booking, luckily they had my tyre in stock at the same price with immediate fitting so no great issue but a bit put out that my reservation didn’t exist.”

“The fitting center were not informed about booking they couldnt boik me in even thought the tyres were their waiting to be fitted took in total 1 1/2 hours to be done suggest you improve your IT department .The guys who did fitting were very good pity about your end”

“Supply of tyres very poor, only two out of four delivered to fitting company. Was not notified that the order was incomplete so it could have been a wasted two hour journey! The fitting company discovered that by chance a courier was delivering the remainder of the order the same day. I had to wait as I didn’t want another two journey and the associated cost. The fitting company were brilliant but sadly the tyre supplier customer service was poor in this case. In future I will check the tyres have been delivered before I set out to have them fitted!”

“This is a difficult one. To date the tyres have not been fitted. Initially they were to be fitted by Formula 1 auto centre Chester. They changed the appointment date and time 3 times. I requested an alternative in Chester. Fitting was supposed to be today 13/9. Tyres savings have changed this appointment because of issues supplying the tyres. Hopefully they will be fitted tomorrow. You may think 3 stars is generous given the above - that is because the staff member Sophie has kept me up to date with all developments in a pleasant and professional manner - which to me is very important”
