“Not the best service. In a garage with fitted tyres, I waited nearly for 2 h to fit tyres. Ad tyres on picture have E and C Categories.. Tyres fitted have categories G and G.”

“Turn up at the selected place, they knew nothing about my appointment, they almost close for the day. They only did me a favour for staying open for extra half an hour to get it sorted for me. The guys at the workshop where brilliant and very helpful. You need to improve on your communication with your service centres”

“Received a confirmation email and a follow on email confirming tyres were on the way to the fitter. However when i arrived the garage had no record of my booking nor had they heard of tyresavings.com, they did say some tyres arrive the previous day but the documents had no reference to who they were for. The worst part was that the garage was under the impression that the cost was for supply only and this was only corrected once I had told them I had been here previously using the same company. What is the point of having a booking service when the garage isnt informed and dont even know who you are, in future I will use another service as this one seems pointless.”

“Was told to go at 12.30 Tyre company were not aware off this appointment and told you come back another day . Have heard many stories of this happening and would never recommend or use you again”

“One of the tyres burst after 5 miles, we constantly rang the contact number and was put to a voice mail. We told to leave name and number and you would get back to me. But still no call”

“Completed an order online to fit tyres following day at local garage. Was emailed on that day to say the garage didn't have them. Told to look again on the site. Poor communication between garage and Tyresavings.”

“If I could give zero, I would. Turned up at the fitting place for them to search high and low for my tyre. Comes to light that tyre savings had the order cancelled as they didn’t have tyre stocked, They didn’t bother to let myself or the fitters know. Turned up with my son who hadn’t been well but I desperately needed the tyre doing due to slow puncture. I will never use this service again, extremely poor. Fortunately for me the fitters I turned up to have got me a tyre and price matched and I shall go back tomorrow for them to fit”

“Ordered some tyres and booked in my slot with the garage. Got an email the day before to tell me the tyres have not been delivered and can’t be fitted. Have to wait four more days for the fitting on close to legal tread.”

“Arrived at Brit Tyres on time but they knew nothing about it and had no paperwork . Dont know which end the fault lies but they did fit different tyre and matched the price .”

“I was asked to take my car for 12:30-1:30pm at Just Tyres in Uxbridge, however when I arrived at 12pm they had not not even received the tyres and did not receive the tyres until 1:00pm. In the end I had to wait until 3:30pm and when I was waiting, I overheard the sales advisor, Shane Ford, refer to me as a “chink”. This is completely unacceptable and the absolute shock to hear such disgusting language. I am appalled and hope another customer of yours would not receive such awful manners let alone it supposed to be a “service”.”

“Wish I could give zero stars. Just Tyres had no idea about this booking (or interest) resulting a wasted trip for my wife at a time when she really couldn’t afford to be messed about. If you are going to offer this service then you should endure your suppliers are onboard. Useless.”

“Very disappointed and angry, pick tyre saving for the price saving, after fitting (at their recommended place) 399.89 pound. I feel ripped of from 1 tyre being quoted at 151 pound. Never going back, will stick with high street”

“Didn’t get the chance to have tyres fitted due to not available for time booked and wasn’t called by yourselfs to arrange alternate time to fit tyres. So was cancelled, i won’t use your service again.”
