“Tyre saving was fine, fitting at tyrepod experience poor. Booked in at one branch only to be told when I got there no fitters. Had to take tyre to another branch 3 miles away.”

Hi, Thank you for your feedback. We're glad you had a good experience ordering through with Tyresavings.com website. I am very sorry to hear that this was let down by your experience with the fitting centre though. All our centres are emailed a confirmation of the booking when the customer places the order, so we do expect any problems with a fitting date or time to be reported to us so that we can look to sort an alternative arrangement with a customer to minimize the inconvenience caused. I will contact the garage to highlight the importance of communication in regards to this issue. “Garage did not have me booked in for allocated time. They didn't know anything about it. But tyres where delivered to garage. Garage fitted me in 2 hours later. Lack of communication between both parties.”

“I received my update that my tyres were delivered and waiting for me. We we arrived at the garage for the time sent to me (8:30am). The garage manager informed me that the 8:30 is just a time give by tyresavings.com and that they don't do time slots. He would have to see if their is someone free to do the tyres and see if there is a space available. I could understand and accept this but his tone was really off. I felt like I was treated like a different type of customer member from the beginning at this very busy garage. My time slot was from 8:30 to 9:30. My wife and I wanted to know if we could leave the car and go do the groceries shopping during that time. As walked up to the manager to ask if this would be OK and I had a short and abrupt answer: "before you finish that question the answer is NO. He then informed me that they only get £6 per tyre for these jobs and that they need the space. I was told that it will only take 20min to do the car. If he explained that in the beginning to me instead of being so abrupt in the answers and questions it would have been a great day. The tyres were fit in 20min as promised which was great Apart from the manager at the garage we had an acceptable experience. Just because I bought the types via a different company this garage should not treat me as a second class customer. if they don't like doing these types of jobs then don do them!”

“Great deal on some great tyres but experiance was totally marred by diagustingly bad service by the ‘recommended’ fitting company. They had no record of my booking, even though I phoned them the day before and they had my tyres delivered. I had booked a time with them to fit 2 tyres, they kept me waiting an hour and 45 mins and when I said I’d just pay for the tyres and take them away they took my car in to the work shop, took the wheels off and left me waiting another hour before they even touched the car again!! Absolutely disgusted!! Complained and got absolutely no where, in future I shall find my own preferred fitters.”
