“Tyre savings were fine. But the fitting was so slow, i arrived for my 12-30 booking at 12-25 and was told we will get you in in 5 minuets,i left at 13-45, very poor service,considering the tyre was in the boot [has i had got a puncture]”

“the system was simple but unfortunately altho I ordered run flat tyres the tyres were not run flat. The company fitting the tyres were superb in sorting this out and providing an alternative run flat tyre for me”

“Used Tyresavings before and again the right tyres at a competitive price. The tyre fitters let them down this time though, damaged my locking wheel bolt and unable to rectify the issue. Had to go to a local garage and get it drilled off at quite a cost. These things happen, last time I used the same fitters and they did a good job.”

“Tyresavings were the cheapest for these premium tyres that had excellent reviews, A rated for wet, quiet and long lasting from personal experience. Shame that Formula One Autocentre Woodgreen tried to tell me wheel alignment needed doing every 6 months (actually 1 to 2 years and when changing tyres - but was pushy with open ended pricing). Also said I ordered the wrong tyres as not OA (original audi) even though specs were better on these premium tyres and recommended by other professional tyre fitters. (OA tyres were a lot more expensive). Would not use these fitters again unless you knew what you were doing.”

“Although I have rated acceptable it’s a tale of two experiences. For tyre savings the online experience was good, easy to use system and good communication of confirmation by email. Probably the only negative was I booked on a Friday but first available appointment the following Thursday, though this was the price I suppose for getting the tyre cheap. So the down side was the fitting experience. Stoneacre Peugeot in stoke on Trent. Arrived for my 9.30 slot and they claimed they didn’t have the booking, had no details of me so I had to give the young man my details (4 times) which made a mockery of booking on line. Then had to wait for an hour and a half for the fitting of one tyre. Now having had to ask the desk three times how much longer when they came back to tell me another 20 mins so they could Wash and vac my car, I thought nice touch but I’ve come for a tyre and if you had done it in less time it would have taken me to change 4 tyres I would have accepted the offer. But here Is the real reason for the lengthy wait. After leaving I get a video link sent to me from the dealership showing my car on a ramp with all the tyres off as they have been giving the car a ‘safety’ Inspection which allowed them to then quote for complete change of brakes (not needed). I didn’t ask for this I just booked for a tyre but again a dealership trying to squeeze more money So In a nutshell Yes I will use the online service again but I will be steering clear of dealerships”

“3 stars only because tyres they have fitted are 2 years old. I expected rather newer tyres. Fitting place is another joke, been booked at 8.30, arrived on time only to be told that I need to wait an hour because they are busy now. Why are they take bookings if they cannot cope? They needed another hour to fit 2 tyres, which can be done in 30 minutes like in other garages. Overall just acceptable...”

“Tyre savings was good as saved around £20 overall, tyre fitting was excellent as they were prompt and quick to fit new tyres. Only problem I had was in booking as web page did not acknowledge that I’d booked, so I booked again it did go through second time as I received a email morealess straight way any way when I got to fitting centre they had received 4 tyres not 2 as is ordered I only received one email confirmation of order, fitting centre were good about it as they said they would send the two unwanted tyres back.”

“To be honest I'm not 100% sure that the tyres were Brand New as I didn't see them before they were put on my car. I did however when I got home and was puzzled to see that they looked exactly like my rear ones that had not been changed. With brand new tyres you expect to see that they are shiny and bright with the coloured rings around them but these looked dull and the coloured lines only visible in-between the tread and looked like they had been fitted a week or so ago. I however cannot prove that they were not new but I am left sceptical and in future will insist on seeing them before fitting.😕”

“Tyres were as per the order and satisfactory. Arrived at the fitters at the appointed time, they were only just opening up at 8.45am! Tyres were fitted, but took the extra opportunity to have the wheels balanced. At the completion I pointed out that the tyre warning light was on. The fitter attempted to reset it using the controls on my steering wheel, to no avail. It was after I left that I discovered that my tyres had been under inflated, with one at least 10 bar under the recommended amount of pressure. Will not be using these fitters again. Very amateurish!”

“OK but after booking realised the tyres fitters we’d booked could provide the same tyres and fitting for a few pounds less and after arriving at the stated time slot were told it would take 2.5 hours not within the 2 hour slot booked. So I neither saved money nor experienced a prompt service.”

“Fitting arranged through FI Autocentre for friday at 1.30 following email correspondence from Tyre Savings as original date was cancelled , however on arrival F1 stated they had a booking but no time slot but would fit me in. Left at 2.45 pm. Along time to fit 2 new Tyres”

“fitted on time service ok but let down by not setting the steering wheel to center before reseting the tracking leaving me with a slightly annoying steering wheel not straight and out of alignment to the stalks and road. hope to have this corrected on next visit”

“Price for standard of tyre was acceptable. However the tyres were not at the tyre fitters at the time of the appointment. The tyre fitters sorted it out, but this is not their job! I had to go back again later in the day once the tyres had been delivered. I've used the tyre fitter before so knew they would be ok. A bit disappointed with Tyre Savings organisation of the appointment and tyre delivery.”

“Good price for the tyres, shame that the correct psi was not used after fitting - should have been 33 instead one was 41 the other was 36”
