“Waited a week for the appointment and on the day was told that tyre has not been delivered. Upon contacting tyresaving.com I was sent signed delivery note showing tyre had been delivered. I suggest partnering with more reliable fitters.”

“Buying these tyre was easy but I am being asked to write a review before they are fitted. Strange ? The fitting date is not until 14th December”

“The receipt fort the tyres fitted provide a very different rating to those ordered, worse in all categories. I have emailed Tyre Savings about this issue but have not received a reply. The situation is unsatisfactory.”

“Tyres not cheap but are competitive, prices seem to go up and down week to week but convenient to book and not have to pay until fitted. Asda tyres were dearer when I booked but cheaper for same tyre on the day I had them fitted.”

“Good, quality tyres, very reasonable price cheapest on online market. Very satisfied with service, however let down by garage... Waited 60 minutes to change 4 tyres.... Unbelievable ... Same job in other places takes 30 minutes.”

“Price was great - good communication - only downside was the fitting Made a 9:30am appointment but was told on arrival that I had to wait as others were waiting and 'what's the point in making a booking then'?”

“Ordering tyres was fine and good price. The tyre fitting not so good ,they broke security wheel nut and charged me £150 for replacement and labour.”

“Having spent time trawling the internet, I found the tyres i wanted at a good price, booking was easy and was at a local garage. On the morning received a call saying that they would not be able to get the tyre to the garage for another 2 days. This meant I had to rearrange the time with the garage and make arrangements to get my car there again, all this sorted I then get an email confirming my tyres had been delivered and not to be late for my pre booked time. Checked this and this was not infact true, and was a genetic email. Little frustrated with the follow up service, so would have second thoughts about booking tyres through tyre savings again.”

“Could not have the tyres i wanted, no stock . Made do with a different make the big problems started with flitting it took 2 hours to be fitted and we had to return because tyre sensor warning light came on I don't rate f1 .”

“I ordered four tyres in total, two different brands!! Only problem is two of the tyres you sent were the wrong size!! This meant they had to be reordered and I had to return to have them fitted!! An extra 45 mi minutes of my life I will never get back!! Poor show really!!”

“Great ordering experience, simple and easy to navigate. Fitting centre left a lot to be desired with the only saving grace being the honesty of the tyre fitter who informed me that my rear tyres were in great condition and did not need changing. Unfortunate that the owner didn't share the same integrity, trying numerous times to force me into buying the two tyres which is were not needed. If not for his actions I would have given a higher rating.”

“I booked the fitting service on Wednesday 12 noon but was informed via email on Wednesday morning that the tyres wouldn't be available until Friday. Another email was received on Friday informing that the tyres would be delivered ready for fitting on WEDNESDAY 🤔 I ordered run flat premium tyres but it nowhere shows on the tyres that they are run flat.”

“Cheapest tyres on web, but they were not delivered in time for the pre-arranged fitting appointment, no phone call. I’d use again, but allow 3 days between order and fitting, and not make the journey until the garage have confirmed delivery.”
