“I was given schedule date for fitting but fitting Centre dishonour booking. I had to make appointment with for another day. Time wasted.”

“A little disappointed. Ordered my tyres on Monday and fitting at a nearby fitting centre the following day. Received a call that afternoon informing me that the tyres would not be at the centre for the appointment - rebooked for Wednesday. Arrived Wednesday to be informed that they had not arrived, not unusual apparently! Returned on Thursday to find that the tyres had arrived. Following an issue with my locking wheel nut key, I finally got them changed on Saturday. Not all Tyre Savings fault but not as slick as the website leads you to believe.”

“Used them about 3 times now - absolutely wonderful experience with the SE Tyres fitter in Tunbridge Wells. Very polite guys and very quick service. I've managed to get a slot next day to fit tyres after my car failed MOT - amazing. And the best prices comparing to even some other online retailers I used in the past.”

“Rubbish , had the Hankook tyres I wanted 205 55 17, but sent 205 5516s to the fitter. After co I confirmed the size with you. The mini counrtyman I've got takes either 17s or 18s I drove ten miles to told by the fitter that you had sent the wrong. They told you they were the wrong size so you sent more of the same size. I went to Blackcircles in the end. Very disappointing.”

“Fraud! Do not buy from Tyresavings.com, it's a waste of time and your money. They send the right size and brand but cheat on the weather/fuel/decibel ratings (i.e. we ordered A/B/69, but they sent C/B/72). Most buyers don't bother to inspect before installation. They also had the date scratched out pushing old tyres. We called repeatedly and left messages, no response.”

“The buying of tyres was fairly straightforward and tyres where 2022 so not old stock. The only problem is you choose date and time on website, but when you ring garage they can’t honour the time or date, I waited 3 days longer than the time booked on website! This needs to be sorted to avoid confusion and poor reviews.”

“Bought a budget tyre based on a 4 star review and fuel and stopping distance of C & B. Booked a local company that I have used before to fit the tyre and it was fitted the next day without any fuss or compromise. Overall very satisfied with the buying and fitting service i have received from Tyre Savings and would fully recommend them.”

“I went to the garage for fitting my tyres were not delivered and the guy on reception had attitude. Then I ordered from Asda. Bad service poor communication”
