“I have been taking all three of our cars to this garage for something over 15 years. I find them honest, with fair prices and excellent service. Always promptly dealt with. My experience with main dealers (Vauxhall, BMW, Toyota) over the years was of poor service, massive overcharging, and cases where the work charged for had not been done. I will be staying with Tyres Northampton! RSD”

“Having already taken my car to a different garage and being told they were unable to complete the work I went to tyres northampton. Job complete in less than an hour at a third less of the price than previously quoted. I dealt with a man called Craig who was incredibly helpful. I will certainly be using tyres northampton again when needed! Highly recommended!”

“First time visiting today. I was approached by a friendly member of the team straight away who knew how to deal with my request. The work was done very quickly, with the added bonus of realigning my car's tracking and also at a very reasonable price! Very friendly and helpful staff! I will be coming back again, thank you!”

“This was my first visit to Tyres Northampton today and I was left very impressed. I had the misfortune of hitting a pot hole in the road and hence bursting a tyre. Tyres Northampton fortunately had the type of tyre I required and so the fitting was done with no problems and in a quick time. I also had my wheel alignment checked and before any adjustments were made I was shown a print out of what needed to be done. Again the work was done in a quick time with no problems or quibbles.”

“Amazing price & great good old fashioned customer service from Luke. Got a new set of tyres for my motorbike (pair Bridgestone BT-021, 120/70 & 180/55 ZR17's), was told the tyres would arrive in about 2 says, they arrived the next day! Will definitely use Tyres Northampton again, if you have a motorbike, check these guys out!”

“I have used Tyres Northampton for over 20 years top quality service and even better coffee facilities since the customer area moved upstairs! Last weekend in order to fit mudflaps I needed to remove my wheels. 1 security nut would not budge. Luke and Scot spent a good 10 minutes beating it with a hammer and torque tool thingy and eventually got it undone. The cost.... nothing more than a handshake! That is true customer service, I shall return again when I need new tyres.”

“I would like to say that my husband visited your premises this afternoon and spoke to an exceedingly helpful man called Luke. We needed advice and he was so helpful, we just wished all car businesses were as free with their advice! Most other motor , tyres, garages we have visited, treated their customers as a nuisance! Well done to your company and thank you to Luke for taking the time to explain a few things to us.”

“I though I had a puncture as there was a nail sticking out of my tyre. However when they took the tyre off and took a look at it, the nail had not gone all the way though. They were honest and didn't try and say something was wrong when it wasn't and the best part was they didn't charge me anything.... Now that's what I call service”

“I went to Tyres Northampton today after having a flat tyre, initially I was told that I may need a new tyre as it looked as if the internal tube was shredded, fortunately this wasn't the case and it was only a valve that needed replacing. I was shown the tyre a couple of times during this which made me feel more at ease and was greeted with very friendly service. I have used Tyres Northampton for a few years now and won't go anywhere else.”

“Travelled down from Loughborough today to get a tyre fixed. Despite the distance, I only ever use Tyres Northampton as they're always fairly and competitively priced and they seem to be the only place who can balance wheels properly. Even more, the personal service I always get from Craig is truly spectacular - honestly, if you visit these guys then I recommend you try and ask for Craig because he really knows what he's talking about and he'll look after you, and your car. He's a true asset to Tyres Northampton.”
