“I went to Tyres Northampton today after having a flat tyre, initially I was told that I may need a new tyre as it looked as if the internal tube was shredded, fortunately this wasn't the case and it was only a valve that needed replacing. I was shown the tyre a couple of times during this which made me feel more at ease and was greeted with very friendly service. I have used Tyres Northampton for a few years now and won't go anywhere else.”

“Travelled down from Loughborough today to get a tyre fixed. Despite the distance, I only ever use Tyres Northampton as they're always fairly and competitively priced and they seem to be the only place who can balance wheels properly. Even more, the personal service I always get from Craig is truly spectacular - honestly, if you visit these guys then I recommend you try and ask for Craig because he really knows what he's talking about and he'll look after you, and your car. He's a true asset to Tyres Northampton.”

“Fantastic service!! Had a problem with 2 wheels. I got an explanation of what had happened, shown the problem and was being fixed 2 mins after arriving. No messing around, honest and speedy service. Highly recommend! Kieran Brookes (Saints & England rugby player)”

“I am very impressed the excellent team at Tyres Northampton. Not only did they fit my van with four tyres in quick time (at a very good price) they re adjusted the wheel alignment two days later for free after I had a track rod end replaced at another garage. Thank you Craig and Lee”

“I only give 5stars for the fact of customer service at front of workshop and reception are second to none As for rear of workshop use yours eyes two broken springs could have had serious consequences not happy with either the people or person who repaired vehicle but that person or persons may have needed more training I will always come here because of the service I receive or until a point of absolute dismay until next time thank you”

“Excellent service and they honour their price promise. Open and honest two way conversation and you don't feel under pressure to buy or make on the spot decisions. For once a company that isn't £ focussed instead all of the effort is at front of house and directed towards the customer...and guess what if you are treated right people will come back again and again.”
