“Very good. In a moment of crisis I was offered very good advice along with an excellent level of repair and service. Competitively priced I would highly recommend.”

“Both wife and I have come here for few yrs. v good service. Take time to look at and explain problem with customer. Run thro options. Today could have sold me tyres at over £100 but due to low mileage have recommended lower cost option. V good service from Craig.”

“I have been a customer of Tyres Northampton for several years. I have always found the staff to be both helpful and courteous and the prices competitive. I invariably ask for Craig who again is very helpful and leaves me feeling like a human being and not just another customer”

“Never go anywhere else in the town for my tyres, the staff are all friendly and helpful as well as being knowledgeable about tyres and associated services. Always a competitive price and a speedy service. Don't know how Craig recognises me when I visit as he must deal with hundreds of customers a week but he does and this just proves the family feel about the place. Keep up the excellent service!”

“Popped by this morning with a worrying rattle coming from beneath my car which was due a major service. I work as a freelancer, my car is an extension of my office and I spend a lot of time on the road. Feeling rather worried about the impact of not having a car could have on my work and having had so many bad experiences with garages I was dreading the whole experience. I needn't have been worried at all. The customer service I received from the team was exemplary. Within minutes my car was up on ramps and luckily for me they could fit my car in for a service that day. I was shown upstairs to a lovely clean waiting area with free drinks and most importantly I was able to set up my laptop and not loose a days work. Brilliant!! Throughout the process Elvis looked after me, explaining which parts I needed and why. I have to admit I rang round other garages unnecessarily because Tyres Northampton was the most competitively priced. Going forward, I will definitely use Tyres Northampton again and will recommend Tyres Northampton to my friends and family. A very happy customer :-)”

“I am very impressed with Tyres Northampton! Their customer service is absolutely second to none. On entering the reception you're greeted with a smile.Receptionists are attentive and very helpful, and keep you informed. Tea and coffee is available for customers waiting.If you want to check your e-mails or browse the internet or play a 'space invaders' type machine or watch television there are facilities upstairs.!! I have never known a company to offer these type of facilities. It goes without saying, when you're waiting for your car, it's boring. Not at Northampton Tyres. Imagine. You can catch up with your e-mails, browse the web, watch a you-tube video, play a video game or watch TV You'll not want to leave. I have used this company several times and been impressed with the excellent service and prices, note. Their prices are very fair, and I don't ask the price now as I absolutely know I won't get 'ripped off' ! Management and employees seem very happy. This is always a good sign. I have recently come from London and have never had service like this. All my motoring requirements will be handled by NT from now on. They are a credit to Northampton and I have no hesitation in recommending them. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed.”
