Had 4 new tyres fitted by Northampton tyres they did the wheel nuts up so tight we can not get the wheels off to have new brakes fixed. All the nuts need replacing when we css as n get the wheels off!! Phone them up looking for help did not want to know and wanted to change me £69.00 plus vat to try and undo the wheels Avoid this place. Customer service is poor. I know have a car which nobody can get the nuts off. Been to two different tyre companies and both have said they have air gun the nuts on the then put s as bar on it to over tight them. Now need to have them cut off s as no drilled out. Would never go back to this place ever

So sad to have to leave a bad review but here goes. They repaired my tyre. The tyre was flat within 10 mins of leaving. Told me to come back to repair it again. I live 30 mins away by the way. They went to repair it and said it has another hole and they don’t know if they missed it or I did it. LOL. Didn’t want to take blame. Offered me discount on a new tyre that was not in stock but couldn’t tell me the price as they were closing? Sounds like they just wanted me out of the door so they could get out on time. Such a shame when money gets to people’s heads and they forget they run a business to fix people’s issues not just take money. Sad guys. Keep the money. You clearly need it

tyre fitted and paid - got call from becky next day saying I had 2 unpaid bills and they needed paying. after explaining that I had paid she said can you prove it...!!! I replied yes I have receipt, she then said she'd call me back , called back said one bill was her error as read wrong but I still needed to pay £44.98 as card declined, I explained I paid cash not card so she then stumbled on about someone telling her to call and not her fault, I said it is your fault as you can see I paid cash on receipt , she said till not balancing and it being out that amount , after explaining again that I had paid and it was cash , she didn't apologise or acknowledge that she was being aggressive by asking me to provide proof. I have been a customer here for 30 years plus, not anymore and will tell everyone I know

Absolutely appalled with the service here, Went in for some friendly advice to which the man said he would take a look for me then within 10 minutes my battery had been changed and I was forced to pay which started at £102 but suddenly lowered in price to £84... for 'miss communication' I'm sorry but there was no communication here at all I felt embarrassed as I didn't have the money to pay was left in a very awkward situation! I was expecting to pay for the diagnostic but I was expecting to be quoted before the work was being done. I was taken advantage of completely, they tried to turn it around saying if they hadn't changed the battery I wouldn't have got home safely. I would never recommend them to anyone in the future as they completely rip you off!!!!!!!

My Fiancee came in for her MOT. She has been in the Prestige Motor Industry for near on 16 years and was disgusted with the service and way she was spoken to as a Customer. She knows exactly what she is doing when it comes to her and other vehicles and always such a strong woman but came away from your Branch to have a Technician talk to her as if she was stupid. She had booked the slot for the MOT etc and was told that she would have to come back as you you had other cars booked in when her's was already booked in a week before? He could not tell her what work needed to be carried at or even fit her in until a few days later? How on earth was she expected to pay for something when even the technician did not what was wrong with it and was not prepared to give her a price?

First time use, some polite staff however was being told I needed things which I know for fact I did not need by Craig not to mention how rude he was when I didn't understand when he was trying to explain what was wrong with my car. Was over charged and won't be returning

I phoned to get a price for 2 tyres and possible tracking for my wife's car as the existing front tyres were badly worn on the inside edge. The price for the tyres was ok and after some persuasion I was told 4 wheel alignment cost around £39.00. Could be more or could be less depending on the work needed. Once tyres were fitted I was informed the tracking needed adjustment and the cost was £90.00. It is a struggle to find time to get work done on our vehicles so was left with little choice but to proceed. The only justification I was offered for this price was the cost of the equipment being used and as the adjustment took around 15 minutes it leaves the question what exactly would you do for £39.00. I can only assume the £39.00 estimate is to prevent customers going elsewhere. If I had been informed of the real price for the tracking adjustment I would certainly have gone elsewhere.

Really first class service, came because saw a screw in my tyre. Very helpful gentleman looked after both my daughter and I. Offered drinks whilst waiting and showed us waiting and viewing areas. Fast efficient service. Would highly recommend.

Woman who answered the phone was possibly the rudest person i've ever spoken to. To ring up and ask for help to be spoken to like an idiot is not the customer service i expect. Clearly no people skills

Not bad if you want to get tyres fitted to your car but awful if you require any maintenance. They fitted the wrong sized spring to the rear of my car which was thinner and not as stiff. I even went to the genuine Audi garage across the road from them and proved that they'd fitted the wrong spring but still wouldn't admit it. My local garage who originally told me about the issue said they'd fitted a 12mm spring instead of a 14mm spring. A bit embarrassing really that instead of just owning up to making a mistake and correcting it they wouldn't admit it because they think they're competent engineers when they're not. The person I spoke to (Elvis) was quite ignorant at times and wasn't helpful at all. One more thing to add. I paid £75 for a spring supply and fit of the same brand and Tyres Northampton charged me £160. So not only do they mess up they also rip you off in the process. Avoid at all cost unless for simple tyre work. Looks very nice when you go in with the free WiFi, games consoles, Tvs, computers and free drinks bit still doesn't add up for the price you pay for the work that's done.
