“After using NT for many years I was very disappointed this time, previously very happy. After having a mot full service and new tyres fitted, I found that there was no visual on my radio, I took it back and all they could say was they didn’t touch the radio. So I left unsatisfied. I then emailed them telling them of my dissatisfaction of their unwillingness to solve the situation and had no reply. I rang to ask if they replied to emails and he asked who I was and said they already addressed my query at the time and I didn’t ask for a reply. They used to be very helpful now it seems they don’t care about their customers. It was a simple problem of a loose wire but they weren’t willing to help after I had just spent over £400 pounds with them. They don’t have a complaints procedure or any information on who is in charge. I’m very disappointed after being a loyal customer for many years…”
“Had 4 new tyres fitted by Northampton tyres they did the wheel nuts up so tight we can not get the wheels off to have new brakes fixed. All the nuts need replacing when we css as n get the wheels off!!
Phone them up looking for help did not want to know and wanted to change me £69.00 plus vat to try and undo the wheels
Avoid this place. Customer service is poor.
I know have a car which nobody can get the nuts off. Been to two different tyre companies and both have said they have air gun the nuts on the then put s as bar on it to over tight them. Now need to have them cut off s as no drilled out.

“Fantastic service as always today at my car's MOT. Really prompt service, warm welcome from Keith (MOT supremo!), Susie and Tracy on Reception were as always kind, attentive and friendly. The MOT wad completed quickly - though they had to order a new front windscreen wiper it was delivered in 30 minutes, fitted straightaway and only cost £18.00! This is why I will only ever go to Tyres Northampton for my car-care, they are a fantastic company with great staff.”

Just got my MOT done here, but they squeezed me in pretty much at the last minute - it would have been really easy to say no, but they always are focused on customer service, so they fitted me in right at the end of their day. They always ring day before your appointment to confirm your booking which is a nice touch.
Free drinks if want one and great waiting area. Ladies on reception helpful and friendly as well.

“The team helped me with my issue and just dealt with everything (wheel rim needed repair). They also managed to do it all in 90 minutes which was earlier than expected. The facilities are good for when you need to sit & wait. Would recommend to others.”

“This has to be a 5 Gold Star rating nothing else will do, from the moment you walk through the door and see the massive waiting area and smart reception area it puts you at ease. There are areas to sit and catch up on work should you need to do so while you wait for your car.
The staff right from reception to the technicians are polite and very helpful to any problem you might have.
The two ladies in reception made the booking in simple and easy after which they asked if i would like a hot drink and bought it to where i was sitting a very nice touch thank you.
My wife had a problem with a damaged locking wheel nut but thanks to Jamie he not only solved it but also got us a new set of locking nuts and fitted them after putting on the new tyres.
Once again thank you for an excellent service I would recommend any one to use Tyres Northampton they are the best around in opinion.”
“After a very baffling week I am very pleased to say your experienced staff member has been able to identify the problem, may I add the problem was when another company put incorrect tyres on my vehicle and your staff member spotted this and had to replace the two new tyres previously fitted by them they should have been for a commercial vehicle they cut corners and chose to use others which could have been fatal, I am one very happy customer this proves to not go to your local company and go to one recommended to you”
