“I am disappointed by the experience I received upon my last visit. Being a young mum with limited motoring knowledge I en trusted you to do my M.O.T based on a recommendation. However due to unacceptable unprofessional service delivered by 'Elvis'. I had no clear explanation as to the reasons behind the outcome. The lack of service resulted in 'Craig's' intervention as it was obvious to everyone that 'Elvis' lack of communication ability had made me feel alienated in what was already a stressful situation. I must praise Craig's efforts as he attempted to calm me and suggested a proactive solution. I feel that Craig is an asset to your business and Elvis could learn a lot from his customer service approach.”

“I rang up this morning to get a quote for a tyre, being a young female thought would get some advise first, it seemed from the moment the person picked up the phone he sounded rude and abrupt not a friendly manner what so ever needless to say I will not be using them if that's the attitude on the phone dred to think what I would have been greeted with! Didn't catch his name! Wish had asked on reflection.....”
