“From point of contact to paying the bill an easy, friendly and refreshing tyre fitting service on your NN door step!! Called in as needed two tyres replacing, the staff are all very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The site is one of the tidiest tyre fitting centres I’ve ever seen!!”

“Fantastic service as always today at my car's MOT. Really prompt service, warm welcome from Keith (MOT supremo!), Susie and Tracy on Reception were as always kind, attentive and friendly. The MOT wad completed quickly - though they had to order a new front windscreen wiper it was delivered in 30 minutes, fitted straightaway and only cost £18.00! This is why I will only ever go to Tyres Northampton for my car-care, they are a fantastic company with great staff.”

“As always, fantastic prompt service. Have always used Tyres Northampton (20+ years) and never let me down or ripped me off. Went in today to have oil, coolant and screen wash topped up - no charge! Wonderful George did it promptly and no charge. Can't praise him and all the staff enough.”

“Having 3 motors, I now use Tyres Northampton for all 3 without hesitation! Last time I gave them 4 stars and didn’t think that would be beaten. It has. The pricing, service, contact and reception is second to none, constantly ! Not just on a good day. I feel we are lucky to have such a business in our town. Thanks to ALL staff.”

“The team at Tyres Northampton are always welcoming and deliver the best service. Just got my MOT done here, but they squeezed me in pretty much at the last minute - it would have been really easy to say no, but they always are focused on customer service, so they fitted me in right at the end of their day. It's also the only place I'd trust my Porsche 911, with Centrelock wheels - it's a specialist job, but these guys are the specialists. I always come here now, not only for the service but they always seem to be among the best on price too, so why would I go anywhere else?”

“Clean, quick and efficient. Friendly and helpful staff who know their industry and always go the extra mile to get car back on the road at the time they said. They always ring day before your appointment to confirm your booking which is a nice touch. Free drinks if want one and great waiting area. Ladies on reception helpful and friendly as well. Their tyre prices are also really competitive and also offered to match a quote Great service for all things motorised Myself and family won’t use anywhere else Great company”

“The team helped me with my issue and just dealt with everything (wheel rim needed repair). They also managed to do it all in 90 minutes which was earlier than expected. The facilities are good for when you need to sit & wait. Would recommend to others.”

“I had a flat Tyre on my way to work, only garage near my house that opens at 8AM. Nice and friendly atmosphere and staff that are happy to help. I was on my way in just over half an hour. Would highly recommend the service here.”

“This has to be a 5 Gold Star rating nothing else will do, from the moment you walk through the door and see the massive waiting area and smart reception area it puts you at ease. There are areas to sit and catch up on work should you need to do so while you wait for your car. The staff right from reception to the technicians are polite and very helpful to any problem you might have. The two ladies in reception made the booking in simple and easy after which they asked if i would like a hot drink and bought it to where i was sitting a very nice touch thank you. My wife had a problem with a damaged locking wheel nut but thanks to Jamie he not only solved it but also got us a new set of locking nuts and fitted them after putting on the new tyres. Once again thank you for an excellent service I would recommend any one to use Tyres Northampton they are the best around in opinion.”

“After a very baffling week I am very pleased to say your experienced staff member has been able to identify the problem, may I add the problem was when another company put incorrect tyres on my vehicle and your staff member spotted this and had to replace the two new tyres previously fitted by them they should have been for a commercial vehicle they cut corners and chose to use others which could have been fatal, I am one very happy customer this proves to not go to your local company and go to one recommended to you”

“Wow, this company puts the run of the mill tyre fitting sites to shame. No tatty waiting area here, instead an immaculate modern spacious area with comfortable chairs and tables and interesting and informative videos running on several screens to pass the time whilst waiting.. A very pleasant receptionist who offered me a choice of hot drinks at no charge as soon as I was seated . By the time I had drunk my coffee the tyre had been fitted by a very professional and helpful member of the staff and all that remained was settlement of the final cost. And what a surprise that was as the account turned out to be considerably less than quoted elsewhere. So very well done Tyres Northampton you score 100% on every aspect of your service.”

“I had two tryes fitted to our Ford Focus estate ,on arrival I had a warm welcome and sent to the waitig area where I was offered a refreshment.The service from this company is second to none. All the staff are very pleasent and will advise you if they find anything on the tyre change like your break pads are badly worn..Will use again THANK YOU TN.”
