“Used them a number of times now, good service and another level of customer facilities while waiting. Had puncture repaired tonight by Luke who happily agreed to stay on and carry out the work even though I arrived 5 mins before closing. Good job.”

“Used tyres Northampton a few times now. Great service and another level when it comes to customer facilities while you wait. I guess not the cheapest but very good value still. Had great service on most recent visit by Luke who happily stayed late to repair a puncture when I pulled up 5 mins before closing. Good job.”

“I arrived in Northampton on business from Grimsby. Having some free time I decided to compare tyre costs against what I know I pay in my area. I shopped around and ended up at Tyres Northampton . The manager Craig was charming and although he Initially said he couldn't match my quote he kindly offered me a drink to which I said my mind won't change. He laughingly said the drink is free. I accepted and before I could get it he said can I give him a minute to see if he could match it which he did. Good business for all and I would recommend giving them a call Please note this isn't a back alley business, very professional with state of the art equipment and they haven't lost the value of good old fashioned customer service Mr G Stowe Grimsby”

“Great service. Nissan had told me to have the brakes checked in 4 months when I had the car serviced in September. 10 months later Lee inspected my car and told me that my brakes are fine and that I don't need new brakes. Thanks very much.”

“Use this company for the first time, simple one tyre fitting. Very pleased with the service, efficient and quick. The waiting facility is very high standard, with free Wifi, plenty of seating, games, free refreshments ... Areas of possible improvements: 1) Not obvious where customer can park. 2) The reception should have access to customers' online booking information.”

“This was the first time at Northampton tyres, I rang and given a price, and decided to book in for 2 new tyres. Everyone was pleasant and tyres fitted and aligned. After leaving NT to go shopping looked at the tyres and realised the wrong tyres had been fitted. Rang TN and they apologised and said they would get new tyres ordered and call when they arrived. I had too change our plans and children had to be looked after by someone else for the next day. Did not get a call, so called in after lunch to be told they had just arrived and to pop straight up and they would fit correct tyres straight away. We drove up to tyre fitting bay and booked car in, and waited. After waiting for a considerable time, realised the car had been moved into the street, so asked when the car would be ready and told them of the appointment we needed to get too. Told it would be done asap. Time went on and we had to cancel our appointment, or we would have had to leave and come back again the next day which was not an option. Very frustrated by this as it completely messed up our plans for us and the children and has left us unsure about using NT again. We did receive an apology, but suggest communication between engineers and front of house could be improved. Also to think about advising customer about potential wait when calling to bring customers in. Lastly a quick check to ensure tyres ordered are correct at time of receipt, this would have saved us and yourselves time and money. Due to problems cannot give 5 stars”

My only gripe would be their wheel alignment charges, they look to be higher than the local market rate. Whilst they have a very sophisticated system it is difficult to justifly the higher charges. For five stars I would like an inclusive price quoted at a competitive rate. Still the best in town.”

“I have used Tyres Northampton on several occasions and have never been let down or disappointed with the service, I am a small business and have to count the pennies and with this company I have never felt ripped off or been told that my vehicles (one car two small vans) need unnecessary work carried out, I have no problem recommending them.”

“While the place was really busy, my wait was over 2 hours. However the guys did find out all the issues and rectified them so I'd rather wait 2 hours then be seen in 30 mins and drive of in an unsafe car.”
