“My Fiancee came in for her MOT. She has been in the Prestige Motor Industry for near on 16 years and was disgusted with the service and way she was spoken to as a Customer. She knows exactly what she is doing when it comes to her and other vehicles and always such a strong woman but came away from your Branch to have a Technician talk to her as if she was stupid. She had booked the slot for the MOT etc and was told that she would have to come back as you you had other cars booked in when her's was already booked in a week before? He could not tell her what work needed to be carried at or even fit her in until a few days later? How on earth was she expected to pay for something when even the technician did not what was wrong with it and was not prepared to give her a price?”

“So sad to have to leave a bad review but here goes. They repaired my tyre. The tyre was flat within 10 mins of leaving. Told me to come back to repair it again. I live 30 mins away by the way. They went to repair it and said it has another hole and they don’t know if they missed it or I did it. LOL. Didn’t want to take blame. Offered me discount on a new tyre that was not in stock but couldn’t tell me the price as they were closing? Sounds like they just wanted me out of the door so they could get out on time. Such a shame when money gets to people’s heads and they forget they run a business to fix people’s issues not just take money. Sad guys. Keep the money. You clearly need it”

“We have had the pleasure of Steven come out to us on several occasions recently and his customer service skills have been great. He has always made sure we are happy with the job he has completed or looked at before he leaves. He is very polite and a credit to the company.”

“First time use, some polite staff however was being told I needed things which I know for fact I did not need by Craig not to mention how rude he was when I didn't understand when he was trying to explain what was wrong with my car. Was over charged and won't be returning”

“My husband and me have used Tyres Northampton for many years now.Good efficient friendly service.Knowledgeable mechanics diesel or petrol engines,cars or vans.Wouldn't entertain the idea of going elsewhere whatever vehicle we may own.Very highly recommend.”

“Clean, quick and efficient. Friendly and helpful staff who know their industry and always go the extra mile to get car back on the road at the time they said. They always ring day before your appointment to confirm your booking which is a nice touch. Free drinks if want one and great waiting area. Ladies on reception helpful and friendly as well. Their tyre prices are also really competitive and also offered to match a quote Great service for all things motorised Myself and family won’t use anywhere else Great company”

“I had a flat Tyre on my way to work, only garage near my house that opens at 8AM. Nice and friendly atmosphere and staff that are happy to help. I was on my way in just over half an hour. Would highly recommend the service here.”

“Went there Yesterday to have my break check. Jodie in reception was amazing that my waiting how ever long it was doesn’t matter because her friendly but professional attitude and efficiency brought a positive experience with my visit. And yes they replaced my break pads ( under warranty ) with no drama, really straight forward. First contact is the reception and last contact. It can play a part ( other than the actual service and pricing ) if I’ll stay to have the service or if I’ll ever comeback again... I’ll comeback again...”

“Really happy with the service i received today, i had a flat tire that needed replacing, called through and got a price over the phone from straight away. Spoke to a really nice lady on reception called Jodie who arranged getting the tyre sorted, she helped with the drinks machine and told us to relax upstairs where there were arcade machines, drinks, TV. Very pleasant to wait which was not very long, my car was in and back out very fast. Overall very happy with the service and will continue to come back and I have joinedbthe loyalty scheme too.”

“I've been going to Tyres Northampton for about 4 years - and they have always provided exceptional service. Their prices are extremely competitive, the staff are really friendly, and the advice they give is second to none. They won't sell you something you don't need and I trust them completely. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else and recommend them to all my friends and family. 5 stars!!! :-)”

“What a fantastic company, really can't thank you enough, Today my mum came in for some tyres it's the first time she's ever been faced with a situation like this since loosing my dad, she was welcomed by a lovely chap called Craig who told her what was needed and kept her informed every step of the way, I cant thank him enough for the time he spent with mum as she said they were really busy but nothing was to much, he has instilled some confidence in her now and has offered to check the tyres over any time she wants to pop in. She felt very comfortable and gave him a hug before leaving , WELL DONE TYRES NORTHAMPTON thankyou.”

“I was recommended Tyres Northampton by a friend, as I was desperate for two new front tyres for my little Alfa. They were able to get me in the same day and sorted within an hour. A special thanks to Craig who helped me choose the tyres and who explained everything that had been done! And of course Scot who I believe did all the hard work!! Excellent service!”
